While your are at it get a wheel barrow or a gorilla cart because that will save your back. The stone was for our new fire pit which turned out nicely. There are a few other projects around the back yard and this is definitely the place to come if you are thinking of anything landscaping wise. They told me to contact a non-existent eBay "comprehensive online portal", then stopped responding to my phone calls and emails. Based on the other Yelp reviews, it appears that this company's business involves selling reduced price bargains that may well have some type of damage. Local customers shopping at this store in person may know about Building Liquidator's "buyer beware" approach to discounted goods, but I bought the mower from them from hundreds of miles away on eBay; it was listed as "new, in the box" and I had no idea that it might have some kind of problem. When the box arrived, it had clearly been opened and resealed. I suspect now that the mower may have been a return from another customer, perhaps because of the same malfunction, and that Building Liquidators then passed it on to me. Their handling of this situation doesn't speak well for their company's customer service. I'm disputing the charges with my credit card company. Customers should be aware that their state's consumer protection laws or credit card company's policies may offer them additional protection, regardless of what any particular company's policies may state.

No deposit then payment once I received. My calls were not answered when the materials did not arrive on the scheduled day. They were confused about when they were actually receiving materials, which is when I realized they are just a reseller. When delivered arrived late it was missing the ridge vent which should have been included in a turn key order. Also nothing was fabricated for valley, just panels cut to length. When installing I realized we were missing an additional panel. When I called to ask where my missing ridge cap was they said it want on order even though we discussed a turnkey package. They made me pay for the ridge cap that should have been including in the order. I then discovered as we were cutting our panels which should have been cut for me as part of their ridiculously high price that we were missing a panel. They who took delivery and never verified order our now making me jump through hoops to get my missing panel that was paid for in the original order and on the parts list

Any tiles that were similar to those in the other stores seemed to be a higher quality. They have a large number of tiles that are in stock making it extremely easy to purchase the tile. We worked with Liz and she was wonderful and very responsive. Prices were also great considering the quality of the tile was higher then any other store I went to. We selected the Half Picket Calacatta Gold Marble & Thassos Marble. We paired it with Mapei Avalanche Grout and we absolutely love it!
