Instead of just accepting what I told them, they did a quick check and told me that most likely I just needed to clean the flame sensor since it was dirty (saving me $90 if I replaced the part). I went home tried the fix, but the igniter did not turn on. Based on the information they helped me over the phone to trace the problem back to its source. Great service and their prices are fair.
