Absolutely no Customer Service. None. I purchased the frig/ freezer 6 days ago. Still without. I was told at the time of purchase they do not connect to water in case there is a problem and flooring is ruined. Nothing about disconnect. So I disconnected the water, went out to tell them. They were backing down the road. Without a word. They just left. ABC hires a cartage company for delivery. No customer service whatsoever. Dan Maycroft, Customer Service Manager, needs to find a new job. They are only about selling product and most especially Warranties. They are NOT about Customer Service. Never again. My last, still current fridge, Frigidaire lasted 24 yr, but nothing to do with ABC Warehouse. It was a good product. No accompanying customer service from ABC. read more

Poor Customer Service I recently purchased an appliance and agreed to have ABC Warehouse's subcontractor install it. 9 days go by with no word. I called - my salesperson was not available but the person I talked to promised to "look into it" and get back to me that day. NO call. The next day I called again and spoke to a different sales person who promised to "do some checking" and get back to me that day. NO call. I called again and spoke to my sales person who promised to get back to me the next morning. NO call. Finally, I called at 4 p.m. and was informed that the subcontractor would call me with a delivery date. The next morning, I called the subcontractor and was informed that ABC Warehouse had only delivered the paperwork the previous day. So, if I had not "hounded" the sales personnel at ABC, I still wouldn't have my appliance delivery/installation date. I was very close to demanding a refund and probably should have. Not a store I will frequent. read more

Well I was going to buy a cleat her couch with cash, when I asked about delivery, they said there guys would not touch the old couch, just move the new one, so they would actually lose a sale for cash the to do the tight thing read more

ABC Warehouse, Muskegon, MI. Poorly delivered our new refrigerator. Two guys with baggy shorts that sagged way below their waistlines came to deliver our new refrigerator in a large red ABC Warehouse truck. I said nothing about their appearance however it was a sign of what was about to happen. The truck had no lift gate like reputable appliance dealers, especially the size of ABC Warehouse would typically have. These guys balanced the refrigerator on it's back, sliding it out the truck. I could not believe what I was about to see so I got out my phone and took pictures. When they finally got it into the kitchen, they did not hook-up the water supply, remove the plastic, adjust the doors or level the fridge. When they left the kitchen, I assumed they went out to the truck for a level. They never came back. I looked out the front door, they even left the huge box the fridge came in on our driveway and the truck was gone. I went down to ABC Warehouse and showed them the pictures. They said the guys should have set up the fridge. I even showed them an attached instruction sheet attached to the fridge from GE giving the delivery guys instructions on how to set up the new fridge. The store personnel told me the delivery guys are from a contractor and I never heard back from anyone. read more

I do not recommend this company at all, they sold me a set of used Electrolux washer and dryer and told me was brand new which I found out they sold it to someone else a year prior to that and was returned back to the store with internal damage. Too bad I found out too late and warranty did not cover the sabotaged set. I do not recommend these guys don't buy from these crook sales folks. read more

Very disappointed in ABC Warehouse.. Purchased a new dryer that after two days realized it was defective and they would not return or exchange it, until service is performed to fix it.. I didn't pay for a new dryer to get it fixed.... NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THEM!!!!!! EVER read more

Once you buy something customer service is out the door. If it was even there to begin with

My wife and I are starting to look for appliances and just wanted a general feel for what was out there. We decided to hit up Menards, Lowes, Home Depot, Best Buy and a specialty appliance store: ABC Warehouse. I knew going in it was going to be a 'commissioned sales environment'. So my wife and I decided to play a game, how long can we walk around the store without being bothered. We played a game of Cat and Mouse. As soon as we walked in we noticed a gap and took it all the way back to the store. When we noticed the vultur... I mean sales associates descending on our location we used appliances to block them. They went down one aisle we would wait until they were at least half way then cut down another. Always keeping something in between us and them. Finally we thought we were alone and one creeped up on us. At every other one of the stores we listed the conversation went like this. "Can I help you?" "No" "Ok, we'll be right over here". Not at ABC Warehouse. "Can I help you?" "Nope, just looking." "Well what are you looking for". "We are just looking at appliances." "What specific appliances, we have some great specials on.." "Perhaps you didn't hear us, we are JUST LOOKING." "Sure, so when are you going to buy your appliances" "We don't know, we are just looking" ... All the meanwhile the sales associates not understanding the standard Americans' personal space. Had I owned a rape whistle this was the opportunity to use it. If I was a college female I can imagine this is what the dancefloor of a club feels like. Then we made the mistake of assuming that the associates talk to each other. Not the case. The above scenario repeated at least once more before we decided: Fuck it, any edge they had on being just an appliance store was quickly erased by the shopping environment. The last time we went used car shopping we had less problems than we had in ABC Warehouse. (Yes ABC Warehouse execs, your sales tactics are scummier than those of used car salesmen. If a rapist and a used car salesmen had a child they would be the perfect employee for ABC Warehouse). Not just that, by time we got comparing prices to the big box stores the prices weren't any better. Coupled with the sales environment I wonder how stores like this stay in business. I have never been shopping anywhere that the experience of just setting foot in the store was so bad that it made me not ever want to set foot into a similar store again. If there are any small non-chain appliance stores in the area I apologize that I will not be patronizing your businesses based solely on my experience at ABC Warehouse. If you want to get my attention and possibly my business all you have to do is start an advertising campaign: "Muskegon Appliances: Exactly the opposite of ABC Warehouse". Put it on billboards. Make it your slogan. Until then we'll be shopping elsewhere. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I called this store ahead of time to see if they sold queen size futon mattresses and the man on the phone who I come to findout is the manager said yes we do and so I placed an order for one over the phone and the man said it would be ready to pickup that Saturday by 8 in the morning. I get there on saturday around noon and the man behind the counter said that it was one of the only Saturdays that the delivery trucks do not come and then he said that we could come pick up the mattress on the following Tuesday but when i questioned him he continued to say that the order was never even made and so I frustratingly told him once again we needed a QUEEN sized futon mattress and he placed the order. I come back on that Tuesday and pickup the mattress and bring it home to discover it is in fact a twin futon mattress and so I call the store and the man puts me on hold for awhile then comes back on the phone and tells me that they dont even sell queen sized futon mattresses and says that I can bring it back any time. So today I go to the store and try to return the mattress and they ask me why im returning it so I tell them what happened and they tell me that I cannot return it and I ask for the manager (the one who sold it to me) and he calls me a liar and says that they have a one day return policy and that it might have bed bugs. I couldnt believe my ears. I am a mom of a 5 month old baby so its really inconvenient for me to do all this travelling with a mattress. Not impressed. The manager is Adam Szukala. read more

Sales guy (according to him he was one of the managers) was on us the second we walked in the store. I told him we were just looking at TV's. No peace or space after that. We listened to the speel for awhile and then he really started to get pushy when I said we were going to leave and look around at some other stores as well. I asked him to quit giving me the hard sales approach I am not buying today. Still wouldn't stop. I asked him to quit giving me a hard time. He then said he was being polite. That's when I lost it and said no your being an ???hole. More words and back and fourth. I walked out. I will never step,foot in this store again. Quite the manager. read more
