He arrived at 9:40 and left by 9:45 am and then proceeded to tell me that he would return closer to 5-6pm. His business is located 3 miles from my house. I don't understand how it takes 7-8 hours to go get a table from 3 miles away. He also never showed back up. Very unprofessional and DEFINITELY would not recommend this service.

The dryer was still not heating and at this point he never returned calls for texts for weeks. Another repair person came and found that the problem was simply that a heating coil had gone bad. Pretty typical issue with dryers and very easy to troubleshoot. Repair man fixed it and when I asked toby that the dryer had been fixed and I wanted my $135 back since he completely missed the diagnosis and never answer the phone to come fix the dryer he finally replied (weeks after) and said he won't refund anything. After speaking with my housekeeper and the repair man that fixed the dryer the both knew of him as a scammer and told me how he was fired from Samsung for scamming the company and not properly fixing appliances. If you're in need of appliance repairs in west michigan AVOID this company.

I told her my concern and she said that someone could be out Friday, July 3 between 12/1:30. Yes!!! Jesse, service technician, arrived during the time frame stated. I received a message stating who was coming, a picture of the technician, what he was driving and plate number! Overkill....absolutely NOT! I appreciated that I was respected and appreciated enough for UDG to take the responsibility for their customer and letting me know who was coming. Customer service like this is valuable.
