It seems the company does have inventory shortcomings but thats part of business, Kristin refunded my paypal for the difference and the vest is great and it was a great price.Its hard to find 3XL vests. If you order something online , its your own job to keep tabs on the email . Also I will admit they didn't immediately give me my tracking number , perhaps it was in my account but I was so expecting this to be a scam company like Sammydress that I was pleasantly glad to see the hoodie cost was refunded and all is well. So i'm going to suggest this company 's performance relates to what you buy and if they happen to be out of stock just get the charge refunded and look around the internet more.

I would give this place 0 stars if it was available. I ordered 3 items on December 8th, more than…read moreenough time to get everything by Christmas according to the website. Didn't get an email saying "everything" had shipped until the 13th. I receive a package on the 16th with only 1 of the 3 items I ordered so I call and ask why the rest of my stuff isn't in the same package. I'm told that they have the same tracking number but are in different packages...ummm that's not how this works but I decide to wait and see if anything arrives over the weekend. On Monday the 19th still nothing, so I call. I talk to a woman who says she will call back and let me know what is going on. Instead of the call I requested I get an email saying: "The other two items are shipping from a different warehouse. I apologize for any confusion and for the delay. They do not have a tracking number as of yet, but said they should in the next day or so and we will email that to you." Never heard a thing from anyone about an update so I contact them AGAIN and get this: "we were informed that the Gravel B01 is on backorder until January 23rd. I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. I know you've had an issue with delays on your order. They do have black in stock if you would like to change the color? We can also upgrade your shipping to 2nd Day Air for the trouble." First of all are you kidding me? You waited 15 days and for me to follow up to let me know one of my items was back ordered until January 23rd?!?! Second of all I still haven't received my other item that was supposedly shipped 2nd Day Air which was now 12 days ago. DO NOT ORDER A THING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM!!!
