I have been taking my two kids here for about 1.5 years. Initially we went there because of its proximity to where we lived. It was a 3 minute drive, and there was a Dr. Farooqi that was just absolutely wonderful! She is no longer w/ the practice, but there are so many other great doctors and practitioners that I've had a pleasure of seeing since then. Dr. Tressler, Dr. Monk, and Rebecca Jimenez have all been great. I'd like to point out that Dr. Tressler was VERY thorough when I brought in my sick infant for a diaper rash and he sat down, answered all my questions, and STILL gave me reasons why stuff like that occurs. After that appointment, I requested Dr. Tressler for both my kids, and although I got the initial appointment -- it ended up not being with him because he was switched to another location (floating pediatrician?) within ABCD. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is -- You may not always get the provider you want, and sometimes the change is warranted but other times I feel like it's not. I'd rather stick with the same provider so that we have an established patient-provider relationship and the ease my babes feel when coming in for their well visits. HOWEVER, I've had a SUPERIOR experience when it comes to getting my kids seen when there is an urgent matter -- usually same day appointments. The facility is CLEAN, lots of space in the lobby and very kiddo friendly. For us, it's been worth the 35 minute drive, and we hope to keep coming back. read more

WARNING PARENTS This place is so messed up I have been seen dr sneed for 20 years for all 3 of my children. This past July I took my daughter in for a simple physical and two shots for school. I was told a back to school special of $25 was the cost plus $10 each for shots. Once I got there the office staff tried to charge me $118 for the visit. After I told her I was quoted another price a lady from the back said "oh the back to school special for $25" and the girl checking me out said it's $39. So my price went from $25 to $39 what is it???? Then I leave the office and get a bill two weeks later for $210!!!!!!! They charged me almost $300 for the visit. I'll post all the asinine charges they claim are valid. But this is ridiculous and sounds like a scam the office girls are trying to run. They charged $15 for a mental wellness assessment test which we didn't ask for and were never told what it was or that there would be a charge. All they said was there are MORE questions in addition to the questions we already filled out prior to our appointment. I would avoid this place at all cost. Dr Sneed is a great dr but it's not worth going through the hassle of fighting these money hungry people for a simple routine check up. I guess someone has to pay for the new building. read more

I have been going to this practice for 6 years. We love Dr Kuri but I cannot deal with the office anymore. I have waited on the phone over an hour only to get kicked out of the que and then my call not returned for 5 days. The last time I went in, the new physician was dismissive. The lady at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. Then, when I said I was looking for another practice she told me "and that's ok". I did get a call from a manager and they helped set up the new portal. Only to find out later that u cannot book appointments through it, the practice isn't listed under messages so there is no way to send a message to request a call. The only thing the app is good for is to see past visits and the information on those is limited. Such a let down. I am not sure what is going on with their management but I would sadly suggest to avoid and find another clinic. read more

Type of care is ok but the admin office needs an overhaul. Ive emailed their office several times since 10/11/24, it's now 11/6/24 and no response. I went to the office today to physically turn in the emailed doc since they don't respond to email. While at the office I requested to speak to the office manager so that they were aware of the lack concern or response I've received. Didn't even step foot in this place, and was rejected care for my newborn because I had a concerned about one of their policies. Immediately felt like they didn't care about what the parents felt was right for their child. Beware: It is my belief that ABCD Pediatrics provides poor service and engages in billing practices that are not consistent with AMA and CPT guidelines. In my experience, they intentionally overcode(d) visit(s), likely as an attempt to generate increased revenue, not suspecting that an individual patient is informed enough on medical billing practices to notice. Beware. Additionally, we have had a very difficult time with both office staff and some of the treating providers... Over an hour wait, being rushed out, not taking full patient histories. Go find a different provider, ABCD would not be worth ever taking your child. read more

Ladies in the front are very rude. Every time, negative vibe. You are dealing with sick kids half the time, and they give you a whole speech for being there at the time of the appointment. Then they act like they are doing you a favor for getting you in at the time of your appointment. Tried paying cash, and rudely said "there's a sign". I continue to come here because they have all my sons info, and the doctors are good. But the front desk staff has to change their attitude. read more

I don't know what happened but care has gone down the toilet. We used to live them not anymore. The last two times no tests were run and we ended up taking our son to the ER and UC to review care. Including once where we were told he was stopped up they prescribed laxatives and turns out he had the flu! read more

We have taken all our kids here for past 20 years and our youngest 15 y/o is last kiddo to go here. It use to be a great pediatrician office with convenience of also having different locations. Doctors seems to be excellent. However over the past 2-4 years they have changed and not for the best. I still believe the doctors are great, but that is if you can make appointment to see them. Office staff are lazy and don't answer phone. When you request callback I have them call, it rings twice and they hang up. So I had to start waiting process over again. By the time they called me back surprise all appointments for that day gone. They sent me to this chop shop satellite pediatrician office and when I got there 15 mins early as instructed it was locked up. Apparently this place locks up for lunch. The problem with ABCD is the hassle to just be seen and office staff. Billing can also be messy at times so good luck. The doctors should demand more out of office manager. I think it's time to boot their arse to curb and my son can be seen by my pcp. Good riddance. read more

I have been taking my kids here for 9 years. They have a ton of drs which makes it easier to schedule an emergency visit. They have multiple offices. They even helped diagnose my daughter when she became sick and had to be referred to an oncologist (which my daughter adores). The staff is professional and very helpful. We did move to the opposite side of town, but still come back to this site until all my kids are to old to come here. read more

Over the past year or so since ABCD Pediatrics was acquired their patient care and customer service have seriously declined. They've taken away late evening appointments, Saturday appointments and you can hardly ever get same day appointments for sick kiddos. They never answer the phone and the patient portal is a joke. The only reason I've stayed is because Dr. Tressler is the best!!! I've called everyday this week and requested a phone call back with no follow through. Their new portal is so flawed for the past several weeks that it doesn't even show their location when trying to send a message, it shows offices in Maryland. I wish I could give this facility less than a star. I have been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt since they have recently been purchased by a larger management company. This company is absolutely horrible. And what is worse, I discovered today that the recent provider we were supposed to see wrote a note in my daughter's chart for an appointment that did not take place. Dr. Rosado wrote that we had talked about my daughter's "acute pain" and the plan was to "follow up". This note was read to me by the billing department over the phone. We never saw the provider! We had to leave the office because we had been waiting in the exam room for over 45 minutes and I had to pick up my other children from school. The billing person stated "well he makes mistakes". As a health care provider, I can assure that I do not chart notes for patients I did not see and write a pretend plan that I did not talk about. DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE. read more

Gayla in your billing department has changed my view of ABCD Pediatrics. She was condescending when she called me. She stated that I didn't call her back to pay my $18 bill last month and stated that my card was declined when that was far from the truth. She said that bill has "grown" since then to a WHOPPING $36. I'm a working mom, I forgot. I asked her to call me back so I could give her my debit card info and she said she would call me back. No call back and she went ahead and ran my card under the terms of the agreement I signed. Why did she even call then?! Why did she say she was going to call me back and then proceeded to run my card that I asked her not to run anyway!? I hope she's getting you results because she sure has turned me off to your business. Her accusatory tone, as if I'm tying to duck out on a bill is insulting and infuriating! It saddens me to update this with a lower rating, as we still love the doctors, but the front office staff is incredibly rude. I've managed a large medical practice and I'm aware of how high paced and stressful checkin/checkout can be. There is absolutely no excuse for the excessive bad attitudes given by the front staff. Administration needs to step up their standards in hiring, training, and expectations, because the front staff is the worst I've encountered. read more

My child went to Dr. Gonzales because of ear pain and a scratchy throat. He was fine, no fever- thought it was allergies. Anyway, I mentioned one of my kids was getting over the flu and on the safe side, she sent a prescription of Tamiflu with me just in case. Sure enough, he soon had a temp of 102. I used to take my daughter to ABCD when there was only one location and they were awesome. No wait time, front desk was friendly etc. Unfortunately now it's the complete opposite. The front desk is so rude , wait time is no less than 30 minutes now and the doctors (mostly the new ones) are always in a rush. So disappointed. read more

What can I say? Dr. Tressler is fantastic with kids. He doesn't simply address the issue at hand, but considers the child's wellness as a whole. Dr. Fischer is very thorough and cares about his patients. Is there a wait time? Of course! It's a busy practice because the staff truly care about their patients. At my adult provider's office, I wait twice as long and get half the attention in regard to my health needs. read more
