I went to see this guy a few years ago. He rushed through my exam, sprayed some liquid nitrogen on a couple of places and was walking out. I had to remind him of another spot. Then a month or more later I discovered he billed my ins for another appointment I never had. I will never go see him again. Plus they can't be bothered to make phone calls for appointment reminders. If I could give no star's I would. I have requested my grandmothers PCP to refer to a different Drs office. My grandmother had an appointment; she tried two weeks before the appointment to get FMLA paperwork done so I could take her on her appointments since we live in Stockton and this office is in Lodi. The front office receptionist Jessica was rude to her and would not fill out the paperwork. Told her they don't do it. The day of the appointment I went with her, and Jessica needs to be fired. Not only is she rude but disrespectful. She yelled and to my grandmother she needed to find another care giver because she didn't do FMLA. Apparently, this office does not do FMLA which I have never heard of. The Dr. love him, but he will be losing a patient due to this employee. read more

I went with my Dad to his first appt. He did not see Dr. Khourdaji, he was seen by Christine Sung, PA-C & she was amazing. She was courteous & thorough and got to business right away. The 4 s are for her & Gabby assisting her. The missing star is due to the 75 minute wait. The waiting room was 13 deep when my Dad was finally called in. At 83 my Dad still works & had to take a day off, luckily he didn't ask for a couple hours because he would've had to call to request more time off. If you want to be seen at 9, don't think it's going to happen at this office. Now we'll see how long it takes for pathology results. read more

I was scheduled for surgery. Went in wearing lose comfortable clothes as advised by the surgery scheduler. When I was asked if I had any other cares or concerns, I asked since the doctor was removing some fibromas I wanted to know if she could also remove something on my arm. She said u need to have a surgery scheduled for that. I said, I do, that's why I'm here today. She said no u aren't having surgery today. U need a consult first. I've already had that. This office is a joke. Always overbook, wait time at least 2 hours. And if you cancel less than 48 hours in advance they bill you, but Doctor K can call u 30 minutes before your appointment? Not right. Will never see this office again. He's money hungry and greedy. He deserves no stars read more

Wait times are ABSURD. The waiting room is inhumanely over packed, and this is clearly a business that is scheduling beyond its means. First visit I waited 50 mins, before realizing I wasn't going to be able to make it to pick up my kids. I rescheduled for another day, though unable to get in for another month. The next visit I waited an hour and a half before being called into Dr Khourdaji's office. I then waited another half hour in his office. Don't have reasonable expectations. The sign at their reception desk warns you to expect AT LEAST a 45 minute wait. See photo. Actual time to be seen was an hour and a half. I did feel that the medical care I received was very good. And it took more than two months just to get a first appointment. However any business, especially a healthcare business that makes you wait more than a reasonable amount of time as a rule, as a business practice, and knows they're going to do it, obviously has little or no respect for their customers time, just cramming as many people in as they can. read more

I've just left Dr. Khourdaji's office and couldn't be happier. For years I've had little milia spots on my face that I've wanted to get rid of but was always afraid of the process -- needles next to my eyes -- no thanks! However, after sitting with Dr. Khourdaji I knew I was in good hands. He was kind and professional and before I knew it, my little spots were zapped away. I must be honest, it was a little painful, but again, the doctor made the process as easy as possible! The office was clean and welcoming and the rest of the staff were also wonderful. I also noticed that they carry products like Latisse and Obaji. I'll probably have to pick up some items next time I visit! read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE STAFF! After speaking with the receptionists and Jessica, they were all rude and UNPROFESSIONAL. They have no knowledge of insurance. I called my insurance to ask for a dermatologist that take my insurance. This place is one of them. I spoke to 3 different receptionist and you can hear them talking rudely about me in the background after I tried explaining they take my insurance. Then they asked me to send my personal information to Jessica's personal email. Never have I ever heard of this. I just visited Dr. khourdaji for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised and very much impressed. He was professional, thorough, very knowledgeable and delivered his findings gently. I did not feel like he was trying to extract money from me. I came in as a cash patient and I found his pricing to be very affordable. He was very honest about what I needed and didn't need. I came in with concerns over a few moles. I've had other dermatologist jump the gun to remove them. He did not. He told me that if I wanted them removed it would be cosmetic but they don't pose a threat to my health. I appreciated his honesty. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a doctors office. I arrived 15 minutes early for a 9:30 appointment. I waited half an hour to be acknowledged and then given paperwork for a new patient but I was not a new patient. After completing the paperwork, I waited another hour before checking with the receptionist. At this point, the doctor was 1.5 hours late for my appointment and there were 19 people in the eating room all of whom should have already been seen. Since an appointment is an agreement between two people to meet at a specific time, I "fired" the doctor and left. I was told that if I was late or missed an appointment, I would be charged. Therefore, I intend to send Dr. Kourdaji a bill because he was late for our appointment. read more

I wish I could leave zero stars, but that's not an option. I was referred to this dermatologist by my doctor's office. My appointment was originally scheduled for May 10th, more than 4 months later. Ridiculous but I understand that it happens with some specialists. I had to move my appointment up for personal reasons and called three times. Two of my messages were never returned. The third time I called I finally spoke with someone who rescheduled my appointment. I asked her how long the appointment would take and she told me I'd be in and out in an hour easily. Cue today's appointment. I arrive on time and sign in. I notice that they have several appointments set for the same time and am a little concerned. I ask the woman at the counter if I need to fill out any paperwork because I'm a new patient. She says they'll call me back up to the counter. 24 minutes go by before they call me back to the counter to fill out paperwork. I have no idea how with 5 people behind the counter it takes them 24 minutes to hand me a stack of blank forms that should be ready and waiting. While picking up the forms I ask the woman how long I could expect this to take. She tells me 45 minutes, and that there's always a 45 minute wait. So 24 minutes plus 45 minutes is an hour and 9 minutes before they even call me back into a room. That exceeds the "in and out in an hour" that I was told before. I hand the forms back and tell her that I can't stay. I let her know that I was quoted less than an hour for my appointment time. She apologized and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Totally not an option. So in short, a giant waste of my time. And it sounds like a giant waste of every patient's time. If you have more than an hour to wait in a crowded waiting room where they're pushing every dermatological product imagineable, go for it. But if that doesn't sound like a good use of your time, I'm guessing there's another dermatologist in town. read more

All he did was spray liquid nitrogen on my face for stuff it didn't need. He did that several times. He also over billed my insurance. Now my doctor has sent me a referral to see him again. Nope. My first visit was okay. The second made me realize i didnt need to go back. Like everyone else says, there is one heck of a wait time. In that time, i observed every patient that was called in before me, left with a mark from a biopsy. (Could be normal in a dermatologist office i guess) When it came time for my apointment for a rash on my forearms, i told him the cream he prescribed didnt work. So he asked if I'd be willing to do a biopsy. At the time, i said no due to the fact i was a week out of a knee surgery and wasnt up to more pain at the moment. On the drive from Lodi back to home in Manteca, I started thinking that a biopsy for a rash after only trying one cream was kind of overkill. I think there should have been some other test before a biopsy was requested. The rash turned out to be a severe allergic reaction to a prescription i had been on. Just finished my 4th appointment and I have had to wait over 6 hours total for the doctor to see me for a total of about 20 minutes. I told him that my doctor tried freezing my wart but it came back. He tried freezing it two more times and it still came back. Finally on the third visit he cut it off and it stayed away but I had to wait for over an hour in the waiting room for him to spend 1 minute to check it and say it looks fine. read more

I gave them my name number and insurance when made appt. Part of me wants to not go to appt. And not call them. They did it to me. She injected too much in the area and now I have a dark spot with an indentation. My results are worse than the initial problem. As a Health Care Professional w/ 40+ years of experience and 20+ years seeing Dr. Khourdaji I say keep looking. Shame on me staying when he sold his products for TWICE the price at Walgreens stating that product could only be bought by him IN his office, and then shaming me when I came in asking WHY he was doing it. His N.Practicioner hired recently is also giving questionable care. When clipping a nail off my finger to sent to the lab (d/t some kind of issue making the nail white (no matter how many times I took the Prescribed Lamisil) it dropped onto the floor, and she swooped down to pick it up and I spoke up asking why she was putting it INTO the test tube. She shrugged her shoulders stating 'it wouldn't matter.' This is NOT acceptable. No one calls back w/ results of this test & after 3 calls she finally called back saying she didn't know what else to do. I asked for the Pathology report to be mailed to me & it never was. This office is entirely TOO busy w/ $$$ at the root. 1 hr. waiting room waits are common w/ staff that turns over frequently. Dr. K. used to be caring & is certified as a Derm. & Pathologist, UNfortunatly he's taken on toooo many people (80 in 1 day...really) when I signed in for a 4 pm appt), and I will now go somewhere else. First available appt. for new patient was about 6 months out. 6 months later I arrived 15 minutes early for my Tuesday 9:30 appt. and was out of there at 10:15. Dr. did a thorough exam of skin problems all over my body and listened to what I had to say. Did not try to push expensive drugs or treatments. Provided trial lotions and advised sun as better than artificial light. Also offered prescription creams if desired but he did not try to push them on me. I am 50 and don't take any medications and want to keep it that way and he is willing to help. I will return in the winter when my skin gets worse. Staff were all nice and helpful. My primary care physician referred me to Dr. Khourdaji. The receptionist at my dr. told me that she would be faxing the referral to Dr. K's office. I called the office about an hour later and was told they didn't have a referral for me, so I called my dr.'s office and they said they would fax it again. The next morning I called Dr. K's office and again was told they did not have a referral for me. I called my dr. and they sent it a 3rd time. This morning I called Dr. K's office and was told that yes, they had received the faxes but they no longer accept my insurance and disposed of the faxes. I asked the woman why they didn't bother to tell me that instead of having me think they were not receiving them. She said "We notified your doctor months ago that we no longer accept your insurance." I again asked her why she didn't tell me that on one of my other 3 calls to their office. She got very snippy and rude and said that it was up to my doctor to inform me. I said to her that it was unprofessional and that was not very good customer service on their part to not inform me of that info. She said a few more rude things to me and hung up on me. Based on her interaction with me I am now glad I am not going to Dr. K's office. If that is how they treat people then I want nothing to do with them. read more

We walk in and it is very cramped and everyone looks very VERY unhappy, (only realizing later it's because they have been waiting forever) Then we go to the desk and the woman very rudely asks for our information and we give it to her of course. Unfortunately the doctor is a good doctor but the staff is very awful and the wait time is even worse. Very rude the office lady threw my medical cards at me after I stated I was never informed about the one person per patient rule I informed her that I was disabled and that my husband is my caretaker that's why he was there he wasn't going to go back in the room during the visit there was enough space for him to sit she made it so awkward that other patients began to ask what was going on and when I told them they shook there heads in disbelief I was singled out when other parties had three people with them because of my age or race idk but I did tell her several times he is here because I'm disabled and had I been told about the policy o wouldn't have come to this Doctor's office very rude inconsiderate staff that needs to be trained better in customer service and California state disability laws I will never come back after being rescheduled a few times due to the only doctor wanting to take vacations and altogether it taking 10 months to get into this specialist to be treated so badly avoid this place it's not worth the stress and the attitude from the front desk horrible horrible customer service read more

Had an appointment with Dr. Khourdaji to remove and check some questionable areas on my face, neck and scalp. When he came in he told me to show the area on my scalp that needed to be looked at.He wanted the exact area. Unfortunately I don't have eyes that can see the top of my head so he had to take the time to look himself; I then showed him my areas of concern, one of which was on the R side of my neck. He then got out the liquid Nitrogen and proceeded to treat the areas. (Liquid nitrogen literally burns the skin and if not used right can cause scarring if too much is used) I am not a pansy but it caused a high degree of pain and I had to hold my breath. He kept telling me to breath and it wouldn't hurt. Excuse me but a doctor who has been practicing as long as he has knows differently. He evidently didn't care how much pain he caused. When I got home I had a bloody area on the left side of my face and the right side of my neck. And the real kicker was that he didn't even treat the area on my neck that was shown to him at the beginning, but treated an area right below it. Will I ever go back to this "doctor". The only reason I picked 1 star is because I couldn't pick anything less! Seriously! I went to Dr Khourdaji as a new patient one month and 2 days ago. I saw his PA and liked her...after she took two biopsies the nurse informed me I would hear back within two weeks of the results. After I hadn't heard anything at three weeks, I called the Office. The front desk told me that my results had not yet been read and that I should be getting a phone call very soon. I waited one more week, and after not hearing I called again. I was told once again that my results needed to be read, and that someone would be calling me very soon. I called the next day and was told the same thing...then again today! Really?! I was told that the Dr was the only one who could read the reports and that he only works Tuesdays and Thursdays! I really don't care! My health is at risk! If he doesn't have he time to take care of his patients, why is he taking new ones! Regardless of the results, if I ever get them, I will NEVER go back to that Dr! One could die before he would ever read your report!!! Aweful! Shame on him! read more

I have absolutely never heard of such a ridiculous policy as not allowing a sibling into the office for a doctors appt. Especially when the sibling is 8 years old. We drove from Elk Grove to Lodi for a doctors appt with Dr. Abdallah for my 12 year old. When we arrived at the office the receptionist said my 8 year old could not go in. Did she expect us to leave him in the waiting room alone? I think not. Did she expect our 12 year old to go into her appt alone? I think not. So, we left. Cancelled the appt. Thank goodness our insurance is changing Jan1 and we can go see a family friendly dermotogist near us! Customer Service is KEY to ANY industry. read more

Unfortunately, I was referred to this doctor by my primary physician. It took 2 months to get an appointment which to me was unbelievable.. There are many "rules" posted all over the office.. one being you are not allowed to arrive more than 15 minutes early yet the wait time to be seen is a minimum of one hour. When you are finally seen there is a "rule" stating "if you have a cell phone the doctor will not see you" did he ever hear of airport mode or silencing the phone.. I came in for a scalp problem and to hopefully improve my skin tone.. when he entered the room he asked why I was there.. I just filled out the lengthy paperwork. Seems the only thing he noticed was my age which he adamantly circled several times while he compared his skin to mine and said how much older than him I looked! The arrogance of this man is out of control! He did the biopsy and said I could see the esthetician.. his wife.. to purchase the skin care products. His aid handed me a cheap brown paper lunch bag with instructions for care a bandaid, two tiny samples of ointment and a piece of gauze all of which was to last a week! I went to see the esthetician and she handed me a pamphlet about the skin care products which cost $600.00!! These last maybe 2 months! I Had a horrible experience at my daughter's dermatologist in Lodi today. After driving in a hot car from Manteca and waiting close to 3 months for an appointment. The dermatology office receptionist refused to let my 4 yr. old son and brother wait in the waiting room while my daughter was being seen. Stating it was their policy! It was 100+ degrees outside. My car has no a/c and they had ample seats available. At this point I was furious! I mean where is their human decency? Luckily my brother found some shade under a tree and I packed some water but they absolutely lacked compassion for their patient's and refused to compromise. I pray no one else should have to experience what we went through today. My poor 4 yr. Old son's cheeks where red and flushed so I decided to let my children sit in the a/c while my brother and I endured the heat outside. Needless to say I am sunburn because there was very few spots for shade. When I explained this to the M.D. he was apathetic and encouraged me to be seen elsewhere. His arrogance was sickening! SMH.
