He said it appeared they oversprayed and killed the shrub. The removal and replacement cost was $150.00 I contacted the company and sent them pictures and a copy of the invoice from my landscaper. After several more calls, the company essentially said they didn't know what "killed it". And offered no other offer, not even a good business practice like saying ".... Patchy, brown, diseased and in stark contrast to our neighbors grass which directly abuts ours. They tried one "treatment" and then informed us it was 1) because we only purchased Basic plan and 2) for an extra $300 they would aerate and re-seed! I cannot recommend this local company (sadly). They did not deliver as promised and paid for.
