I can not say enough about the service, professionalism and friendliness I experienced when I took my laptop in to be fixed when it would not start. He heard that the fan was making a lot of noise and suggested we repair it. He loaned me an external fan to use while waiting for parts. On top of everything else, he CLEANED my laptop! My computer stopped working out of nowhere so I did a google search and found Abe's Computer Service to be the closet location. After reading all the great reviews, I decided to take my computer to Abe. When I walked in, Abe was with another customer but did acknowledge me and told me that he will be with me shortly. Abe then asked me what was wrong and told me that he would call me before fixing the issue to let me know what the cost of the repair will be. OK Viruses happen, No matter what you do, they still happen. This guy took my computer and cleaned the virus for 49.95. Since it crashed the hard drive he saved all the info off the hard drive and re-installed everything in 3 days and he did all that for under $100. $100 total and 3 days. I've had my old Windows XP laptop computer into Abe (pronounced "Ah-bee" ) 3 times, including for virus removal, over-heating issues, and my computer kept freezing up. As one who has done, or tried to do, business with many crooks and idiots, I was very happy with Abe. He fixed my problems, and each time the charge was equal to or less than what I thought I would have to pay. He's Ethiopian, and so I may have had to ask him to repeat what he said a few times, but that was okay.
