I was flying to Seattle this week for an important appointment and it was essential that I had a reliable car service. After reading the reviews for Abe Town Car, I booked on line and received a confirmation via email. As I was walking out of the SeaTac terminal, I received a text asking me to call their driver with my exact location, and I was picked up within minutes. The car was immaculate and my driver was extremely polite and considerate. Because my hotel was located adjacent to another version of the same chain, my driver accompanied me into the lobby, just to be sure I was in the right place...that's top notch customer service in my book. The next day, my appointment time was unexpectedly moved up, so I phoned Abe Town Car to see if they could pick me up two hours earlier than I had previously arranged. They called me back within minutes to say that someone would pick me up asap. That driver called me enroute, so I knew exactly when to expect him. I know they had to scramble to cover this time change, but they made it happen. I have now been spoiled by Abe Town Car, and wouldn't dream of using a taxi when Abe's team provides superior service for not much more than a cab would charge. We regularly use Abe's car service for reliable transportation service to and from the airport. The drivers are professional and provide a comfortable, safe ride. The vehicles are always clean. Especially since Sea-Tac is so unpredictable with traffic these days, we prefer Abe's car service over app-based car services. Having them pick up from the airport is easier than fighting the crowds at the app-based section at the airport garage. We also used them to get to the cruise ship pier. HAd a last minute return to schedule and found out about Abe towncar through Yelp (Thanks Yelp). Sent in a request for same day pick up, and response was quick and price was fair. HAd to do it all online since I had lost my voice and could not talk! Pick up was quick (even when my flight arrived 25 minutes early). Txting with license plate and door location made it easy to spot him. When enroute, I was contacted by my DW that I needed to be dropped of somewhere other than my house, Abe (I was riding with the Man!) said no problem and took me to the new location and informed me that my company had a relationship with his company and there would be a discount. I was running exceptionally behind yesterday and realized right as I went to bed that I had forgotten to reserve a town car for my business trip to the airport the next morning. I made a reservation on Abe Town Car's website so late at night I figured there's no way they'd see it in time and I'd need to call a taxi. I was wrong- 6 hours later they were there. I have never used a town car service to get to the airport but got a recommendation from a coworker to try out Abe and I'm glad I did! I've been using for awhile and have found his service fantastic. He is prompt, on time, and is a great conversationalist. We felt like we were being driven by a family friend. Recently though, we called for a ride and got one of Abe's other drivers. He couldn't figure out how to get to our house and was late. He mumbled something kind of hard to understand, and barely helped us with our bags. I immediately thought something was off with this guy. Great experience. I had an airport pickup at Seatac, and the return trip to the airport as well. The driver was right on time, very professional and helpful. They provided us an infant carseat, and it was installed properly and ready to go when the driver pulled up. Since the carseat was a must for us, I called to confirm each trip, and each time I called, they were very good about knowing exactly the details of my reservation.
