I agreed to make repairs to my irrigation system and landscape, but with the understanding they would cap off and "flag" the location of the broken piping. They not only did not comply, but plowed under the broken piping into the ground! Dennis asked one of his workmen to collect the balance within 30 minutes of finishing, even though the permit was not finalized due to his failure to provide an accurate site plan. Also left an open pit for two nights with no barrier or temporary fencing.
