The car's…read morelights and locks were non functional... dog was locked in the back. 911 Dispatch suggested we call a local company because AAA would have had to dispatch from Gold Beach to our location in Brookings, which would have taken at least 45 minutes... and the car was somewhat blocking traffic... and dark because of no lights. Bob was there within about 10 minutes. He first tried to start the car with an aux battery (successfully a couple of times) but the electrical system kept shutting down... so he tried to "save us the tow"... but it was needed - and much appreciated. Bob was professional and helpful... would recommend for the future.

On our way out of town, my vehicle got in a fender bender, and Kevin swooped in and hooked up my rig like it was no big deal. His kindness and patience was much appreciated, with everything my family and I had already been through during the week. I didn't get to catch the name of the tow truck driver who drove me/my ride down into California (a 200 mile trip!) but he was a great sport, and gave me a huge hug after dropping me off.
