Bob was there within about 10 minutes. He first tried to start the car with an aux battery (successfully a couple of times) but the electrical system kept shutting down... so he tried to "save us the tow"... but it was needed - and much appreciated. On our way out of town, my vehicle got in a fender bender, and Kevin swooped in and hooked up my rig like it was no big deal. His kindness and patience was much appreciated, with everything my family and I had already been through during the week. I didn't get to catch the name of the tow truck driver who drove me/my ride down into California (a 200 mile trip!) but he was a great sport, and gave me a huge hug after dropping me off. I'm very thankful for the compassion these guys showed me during a pretty stressful time in my life. Highly recommend.
