Trevor's Auto Body did an amazing job on the tailgate of my truck. I am a full time RV'er and was only in the area for two weeks. Somehow they managed to fit me in, get a new tailgate ordered, and installed on my truck. I was able to keep my truck while they moved parts from the old tailgate to the new, preventing me from having to use a rental car. I was really impressed with their ability to work on my schedule and still do a fabulous job. Highly recommend!! read more

Quality of work is subpar. They were to fix rust on roof channels . Also small rust on windshield edge. Left my truck like a pigsty. Left repair product on painted surfaces. Bed of truck had white repair product with boot prints in entire bed. Repair product on console inside,and on my seats. Broke a molding piece on one side of windshield. Broke the clips to hold it in place. Just stuck it under another piece and left it. To replace the molding it's costing me $480.00. The molding itself is 330.00. I had a pole in the back bed with a large hook. The broken pole is there but no hook.?? Trevor told me the paint was oxidized..not..he buffed a small area out. This vehicle or the workers hands were not cleaned during or after work. Thousands of dollars later this is the shoddy work that's done. read more

Had my hood repainted here to get rid of the faded paint. Also had my bumper repaired. Both turned out great! Last week I went in to have my belts replaced. Car is running very well now! Trevor is very responsive and understanding of people's concerns and needs. Was on a road trip down from Seattle on Highway 101 back to my hometown in NorCal, and he was the first stop/call that me and my girlfriend made, they were the closest shop with already good reviews. Now unbeknownst to use, we realized when we got to his shop it was a Body Shop/Paint not a Repair Shop. Trevor still took his time out of his day to look at our car and diagnose it for a problem. He could've easily waved us off to some other place, but instead he stepped out of his office to help us with a huge concern that both me and my girlfriend had. The problem with our car was an AC smell. It smelled like rotten eggs. He suggested to pop the hood and did several look around, until he found the initial problem.. the battery. He recommended that we get a battery swap (since he took apart my battery and we realized it both stunk and was 5yrs old). Told us where to the battery from (Napa Auto Parts) and said, "If they won't install it for you, come back and I'll do it." Trevor is a life saver, in words that we cannot describe, in other people's minds what he did for us could've be so little or nothing at all, but the situation we were in- it mattered the most. I live in Coos Bay, about 110 miles away from Brookings, and I would bring my car here again any day for repairs despite the distance. Every shop in the CB/NB area was booking out for months or they didn't even bother to answer their phones. Trevor got my car in about just a few days after I called-right after Thanksgiving. It was fixed right after Christmas. It would have been less time, more like three weeks, but a forgotten part needed to be ordered. Which was fine because Trevor called and informed me of this right away. His customer service was outstanding and he handled everything with our insurance. I am having an insurance claim (rock chip damage) repair done by Trevor's Auto Body. Due to the supply chain disruptions, my windshield is on backorder, but the rest of the work is finished. Trevor is great! He is considerate and professional and very helpful. He took care of all the details with the insurance company, even taking the photos and submitting them for me as I was not comfortable using the insurance company's phone app. The paint/body work was done perfectly and it looks good as new. Our Lexus GX470 was rear ended in town recently. We went with Trevor because he was detail oriented and provided a fair repair estimate and seemed to care about doing a perfect repair job which is what we wanted for our Lexus. It required a new rear bumper and body work on the tail gate door. He also needed to match the existing factory paint. We just got the car back after only 5 days in the shop and he did a perfect job with excellent craftsmanship in both the repair and the perfectly matched paint. Looking for a person to trust your car repair too? This is the guy right here. Trevor will make sure you're treated right. It can be difficult to navigate through some of the vendors in our area. I stopped first at Trevors competition right up the street. He was surprised to find out he had any. Now I know why. I had a scratch about a foot long in my door and loading scratches on the bed of my truck deep enough to show a white line on the black paint. Trevors (COMPETITION) quoted me 1500.00 and included a complete buff out of the Paint for 250.00 and a repaint of the door and truck bed. I stopped by Trevors on my way home to Smith River after that depressing news. Trevor takes a look and with a charming smile exclaimed "I think I can buff that out". They took some 5000 grit sandpaper and then some 3000 grit sandpaper and color sanded And buffed it out perfectly. Polished it up and it disappeared. He warned me that it might not be perfect. IT WAS PERFECT. I nervously ask him what I owed him. Trevor says "Does $25.00 sound fair?". I was stunned. This guy is so fair and honest that you really are risking big money going anywhere else. I never will. If you do like to over spend on services pass him by and head up the street. There's a gentleman up there that will Shamelessly take your money after selling you services you don't need or you can take your business to Trevor and be treated like family. That's how I felt. Like family. Did I mention his awesome staff? Friendly just like Trevor. I'd be proud to be called a friend of these people. There's no cost to get a quote so be safe and stop by.
