They did several of my cars for 25 plus years. I was probably one of the last customers. He did my VW seats. He said he was moving to a location in Azusa. this was just before the Pandemic. He was in the process of moving, and still had the old cars in the front. I dropped off the seats and he took them to a temporary location where they did them perfectly. Met him back at the shop 2 days later. He stated that the City of La Puente was not renewing his city license....Because of the old cars. Trying to make a CLEANER CITY.....yea weed dispensary BETTER LOL.... More tax rev IMO......DEMOCRATS IN ACTION.....this will keep happening if you keep voting for them!!!!!! Needed my headliner on my vehicle to be replaced. Spoke to a real good guy RJ who gave me a good price after taking a look on how much work needed to be done. I have a 2004 honda accord coupe v6. My leather seats were starting to Crack and rip due to normal wear and tear. I had 2 panels on the driver seat, 1 panel on the passenger seat redone. The owner Garza is very nice, well informative, very helpful. However the work done was not up to par for what I paid for there were more damages done then repairs. The backing to my driver seat was not secure, the trim running alone side the lower end of the seats fastening clips were broken off. The trim which covers the trunk/gas was torn off, it doesn't even stay on properly. The passenger side seat belt wasn't even attached to the seat. ----'this is what irritated me the most, my dad asked me to take him somewhere and when he reached over to fasten the seat belt he noticed it wasn't attached. Unfortunately I was the only one available to take him, as it was urgent for his health. What if we were in an accident? What if something happend and I had to slam on the breaks? What if my dad died in my car because some idiot didn't attach the most important safety tool in the car? For your safety I would not recommend this place. I hate to leave bad reviews, I usually try not to if the place is bad. I usually just skip the check-in and review. But this is a matter of safety, I can't really ignore it. read more

Friday, I called to see if I can get a quote on my 07 Honda Pilot for a headliner replacement. He made a joke and said he couldn't really give me a quote if the car isn't there for him to check. I don't know why I thought that was so funny! So, I brought my car in on a Friday and he was already outside and inspected my car. Took literally 2 minutes & I was out! I got the best quote I could find. Other places were quoting me an arm and a leg! He quoted me $250 with the visors. He told me it'd be a 2 day job. Cool. So, on Monday, I woke up early to drop off my chariot to him at 7:20AM and told me it will be finished the same day! How awesome is that?! It was like music to my ears! He said he will call me once its done. By 3:30, he calls and its ready to be picked up! Talk about fast & efficient! Also, the fabric on the side of my door was also coming undone & had asked of he can put some kind of adhesive to stick it together. Not only did they do it, but, went the extra mile to make it look like it never happened! Also, it turns out that my Dad came here a while back to get his seats done on his Toyota 4Runner and was totally happy he found this place again! If you want fast and efficient professional work done, this is your spot. If you are getting your headliner done, he gives you a variety of colors to choose from. The owner and the employees are very professional at what they do and also seem to love what they do! The owner was very upbeat so it made the whole process go so smoothly. Thank you so much! Do not use this place. I had my boat interior done here. After picking up the boat and getting it home I noticed the gunwale pad was loose. Also some of the cushions were installed crooked. I called RJ. And he said he'd get to it in a week or 2. Long story short it's been over 3 years. Every time I've called him he has an excuse to blow me off. "I'm making room soon" I lost your number" "I left a message on your wife's phone to bring it back and didn't hear from you". He's rude, he lies and he doesn't stand behind his Shoddy work. I had several cars done here in the 90s and early 2000s. From complete interiors to headliners and convertible tops. My last install was a replacement leather interior on my car. I was a bit disappointed. I had to bring it to another shop to have the bottoms redone and it wasn't as good a job as I'm used to from them. They were the cheapest and best back in the day. We had Garza do some work for us last year. Low prices, but shoddy workmanship. The job needed some rework within a couple of weeks, but the owner acted like he was doing us a big favor, indicated that if the upholstery came apart again we shouldn't expect him to make it right. Back in the late 90's these guys did the interior for a classic car I own. They did a great job at rock bottom prices. They've done a few friend's cars too and we always have the same outcome. Bad work and lack of responsibility. He replaced the top of my convertible and my two front seats earlier this year. I noticed after the rain that there is water in my car. He insists that there is a plugged drain. Another apholstery repair place, another mechanic, and the dealer all say there is no drain to be plugged. Regardless of a plugged drain or no drain, there is a visible gap between the material of the top and the back window. He still insists that it is not his responsibility to make sure that there is a seal between the top, which he installed, and the windows, which are in the same place that they were when he did the work. The top that he replaced was not leaking from the side windows, so the frame was not out of place then. I am left with leaking windows, and no one will claim responsibility or tell me how to fix it. Oh yeah, and no thanks to Ed Butts Ford for telling me to go to Garza because they don't replace the tops on the mustangs that they sell. read more

Approx. 5 years ago I took my Car to Garzas to have the Vinyl Roof Replaced. I was under the impression that the old vinyl had been completely removed which should be standard procedure. My Car is now at another place to fix the Rust which has developed and that is how I discovered that the old Vinyl is under the Vinyl that Garzas put on it. read more
