What ever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!...They do not follow threw on the issues. We told them we wanted them to spray instead of leaving traps, they have never contacted us back even after many many attempts on our part. Poor service last summer . Constant change of technicians. The first one we had was excellent but he left. Waste of money to have the repeat service agreement. as soon as they had our $ they lost interest. Called early last week and was told they would call back . Hello Abell pest control. You came to my house on Metral Dr back in July/August to spray for a flea infestation, you came back a second time. Got very perturbed with me because I was slightly neurotic from all the fleas, so I thought. Guess what? Massive amounts of parasites. I am now very ill. And yes that was something attached to my ass. You look at me like I was crazy. These things are one cell amoebas protozoan pathogen parasites. It's in the municipalities drinking water. And I am going to prove it. Do you people know how to deal with parasites? Since I put the word out, other people are coming forward with the same symptoms and bad cases of worms, schools Ect. I am so sick now, I am being tested for cryptococcus spinal meningitis, possibly ameobatosis. No one would help me and Nobody would listen to me, you people thought I was nuts, and threw me to the wolves in this case parasites. I sent pictures in, and no one would validate anything. I have to say I'm exceedingly disappointed with the service received. I booked in advance for pest control for a newly purchased home. The technician was a no show and no notice either. I had to rebook and that technician ended up unavailable. The technician said the rodents were coming in solely through a dog door I had sealed shut on possession date. There was rodent poop in multiple areas from a variety of species. Oddly only rat traps were put out. I had to call to have technician return to remove dead rodents caught. He refused to go in attic despite the inspector stating there were signs of rodents in there. A couple weeks later I had mouse poop in my kitchen drawers. Trying to get someone here to do something was a nightmare. The technician blamed me for his not putting mouse traps out. He blamed me for living on farm land. Then I got a text from him stating I lie. I went out and purchased my own mouse traps despite being charged $800 for a full house service for a year. The next technician they sent out was much better but again I'm still having problems. He's not readily available. I've had to empty drawers, rewash contents and can't put anything away as the mice are still in the kitchen. I called in AGAIN and the office staff were very nice and understood I NEED my kitchen fully useable but the technician can't come out for 5 days. Abell was quick to take my money but very slow to actually control the pests. They told me twice there are no entry areas anymore and yet I found one yesterday. I can not recommend this company for anything but removing money from me. I still have rodents and spiders. And I have never heard of a technician being so aggressively rude for no reason other than to cover his butt. read more
