I went into this location a couple of weeks before Christmas to get some shopping done. They had a…read morefew good sales running and I'm a big fan of the brand, however, as of now NOT the customer service. I had spent nearly 400 dollars in this store in 2 trips and had a lot of items. To my surprise upon returning home one of the girl that's had rang me up (Hailey and or Chonca) had put in clothes that were not mine and had taken out two items of mine. No big deal mistakes happen it's a busy time of year. I gave them a call explaining the situation the girl on the phone was very nice and even offered to put the items they had removed on hold to help me for when I returned to the store. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have a mail back system considering I live nearly an hour and half away. Upon returning the the store about 1 week later as I had explained to the girl on the phone I would be doing. I would learn some news that was quite shocking. The first thing they had done was remove my items from hold and sold the remaining items in my size. They also informed me that they had given me the wrong receipt and couldn't verify what else they charged me for. Huge red flag for a commission based store. They were only able to take one return in the end which equals less then the amount of gas it took me to return to the store. The associate Krista who was helping me with the return clearly had little knowledge of the systems and was little to no help. All in all I'm extremely disappointed with the service and I won't be coming back. As far as I'm concerned they are crooked for not supplying me with information necessary to prove they didn't rob me of my money.

The staff were helpful and knowledgeable about inventory and sizing. The fitting room features a futuristic touchscreen menu that allows you to shop while you try items on! Best of all, I was able to use my member credits in-store. I wouldn't expect anything less than greatness from our Queen Rihanna's brand. My experience was better than expected and I will definitely be back.

He, in fact, became even more pleasant and helpful as my ordeal went on. As annoying as my particular situation must have been for him, he never once let on. Material used is always extremely comfortable. Everything here can be dressed up or dressed down, your choice. I have found many lovely dresses here, on sale, too! Reasonably priced & worth every penny. Their graphic tees are also pretty cool. Every time I enter a Uniqlo, I just wanna buy every single one hahaha. Uniqlo was definitely needed at SSP. Over the last few years, the mall has been going downhill and not many shops here that have actually good quality clothing. So it was for sure an UP & has convinced me to go to the mall more often. Usually have good neutral colors to match your fit. The lady was also able to get a dress and skirt type joint and it looks great on her. The whole family likes Uniqlo really. They usually have good collaborations with pokemon, hype anime's etc and occasionally one of those items would peak my interest. Located in middle of the mall over by the elevator and the info desk. Everybody in there on opening day was super sweet, helpful, and are working out the daily operations. Fitting rooms, open floor plan, feels spacious. Didn't really go into either of the stores that occupied the space prior, but I'm sure we'll be here often. The lady celebrated its store opening by grabbing a full outfit in a color she's been eyeing for a while now that's back this season! We'll hope for good things to come, in-store promos and more goods to come. Lululemon has FINALLY arrived in SSP! I was here today…read more(11/15) for their grand opening. I've been waiting for a Lululemon to come to Braintree for so long, it's not even remotely funny. They are a pop up location inside the South Shore Plaza, where Chico's once was, & are here for a year (hopefully here to stay tbh, that'd be great). The staff was super sweet & very helpful with finding things in the store. Loved the layout & how they organized everything. In honor of this opening. I bought an espresso matching set, cropped define jacket with align 7/8 leggings ;)) Overall, very happy that there's a Lululemon closer by now. Had a pleasant, positive experience here today, so will for sure be back.

Clothes are seperated into guys and girls to each side, as per usual. The selection here varied immensely. I was able to find several different pieces for different occasions to try on. The shoe department is located toward the back of the store, complete with couches and decorations. It's a shame there's no age restriction in the store. . . I dodged young teens running around looking for the most scandelous tank top they could find to wear to a middle school dance and get away with it :-P The clearance rack, for once, was stocked with useful items! Surprisingly, sun dresses adorned the sale racks. . . in the summertime! Usually I'm flipping through sweaters while the sun is sweltering hot outside. The highlight of this trip was my dressing room experience. I was escorted to a room by. . . I wanna say Erin, but I'm not entirely positive on that one. The associate was extremely friendly and sociable, asked for my name and showed me the service button in case another size was needed or even just an opinion. Was almost like I had a hired "best friend" to let me know her true opinion on what I was considering buying. She was not pushy at all and was genuinely helpful in her job. There is no aerie dept in this branch, but luckily being in the mall, a seperate aerie store can be found just a stone's throw away! Very convenient.

She spent plenty of time helping me pick out what jeans fit me best. Kristin brought me several pairs and asked me many questions to figure out what I was looking for. After not being sure if a pair I found would fit, she used her own phone to book me a fitting appointment and proceeded to open up a fitting room for me. I ended up buying the exact jeans she recommended and brought to me. Kristin is so friendly and knows American Eagle clothes really well. Shout out to Kristin for her great customer service! She did a great job working the floor and helping out all the customers while giving each of us quality attention.

Just your average, themed, overpriced mall store, with the occasional sale of generic "beach-worn" clothing. You have your plain navy blue tank tops selling for $25+ next to the ripped apart, "sun faded" $50+ jeans. This does not impress me. I spent most of my time in this store smelling each and every one of both the guys and girls body lotions and sprays. Most were off putting but some had a pleasant aroma worthy of purchase. A seating area with couches and arm chairs stood between me and the sales desk. Designed, I'd assume, for the chaperones of the young teens lingering around the store as a new hang out spot. I settled upon a clearance body lotion whose scent vaguely triggers the memories of having been on a long peaceful rest at a quiet beach. Forget the in-your-face scents of Spring Break after a long sweaty day of pushing through crowds and low tide. Staff was friendly enough during checkout. . . the counter area a bit cluttered with little room to form lines when it gets crowded.
