I ended up lost in the dark, in the mountains, in the middle of the night, with my rear tire stuck in a trench on the side of a steep mountain due to muddy conditions. I received the assistance of ANGEL TOM SORENSEN when I called 911 for assistance. While my AAA failed me, TOM DID NOT! Tom patiently waited for me to try to see what was what with AAA and when we got NO WHERE, he worked with me to make the pain of payment less, got my Rental Car out of the trench, led me to my destination (about 3:30 AM), and made sure I was at the right location. God SURELY sent Tom to me and I thank Him and Tom most sincerely!!! I hope not to need such assistance again. HOWEVER, SHOULD I, I hope that it's NORTH GA ROADSIDE or someone with the same awesome spirit. God bless you Tom!!

Geico was contacted by them and told this information and instead of trying more providers said they would not be contacting any other providers u til I get more video of how the car was sitting ( I had already took a taxi home and didn't have any other transportation to get back to my car) out of disparity, I made a Facebook post in a local group pleading for help and working minutes, Steven responding and was to my house to pick me up and had the car out of the ditch all within 30 minutes. Austin was a godsend! Quick response, friendly, and professional. An object on the road blew out…read moreour tire three hours earlier, and then our spare tire blew out leaving us stranded roadside. Not only did Tactical Towing load our vehicle onto the back of its bed and take it to our repair location of choice, but they also have extended cab trucks so that passengers can ride along with their vehicle. Our home was en route to where our vehicle was being repaired, so he dropped off my wife and son with our luggage, before traveling on. So grateful that they pay the extra insurance that they can, and are willing, to do what they did. While the tow was paid for through our insurance, his pricing is lower than other services but they offer more. No doubt they are the best value within a 100 mile radius. There was no better ending to a blown tire event.
