Oh...where do I start? On the 4th of July 2026, I went to Elijay, GA to celebrate my Father's 86th birthday with my family. I ended up lost in the dark, in the mountains, in the middle of the night, with my rear tire stuck in a trench on the side of a steep mountain due to muddy conditions. I received the assistance of ANGEL TOM SORENSEN when I called 911 for assistance. While my AAA failed me, TOM DID NOT! Tom patiently waited for me to try to see what was what with AAA and when we got NO WHERE, he worked with me to make the pain of payment less, got my Rental Car out of the trench, led me to my destination (about 3:30 AM), and made sure I was at the right location. God SURELY sent Tom to me and I thank Him and Tom most sincerely!!! I hope not to need such assistance again. Let me tell you, if you need help with road side assistance this is the company to use. If you are a JEEP owner who off roads in this area and needs assistance, this is who you need to call. We got locked out of our jeep at the end of a service road that was not easy to get to, it was an off roading trail. We called several people for help, even 911, seeing if they knew someone who could help us. We were getting ready to bust the window out with the wench but my husband tried one more person and got a hold of North GA Roadside and let me tell you, he OFF ROADED in his truck to get to us. We can not tell you how much we appreciated him agreeing to off road to us to help us. He was so great, keeping in touch with us and helping us. Such a nice guy as well. If we ever need help, we will definitely call him. I felt like we met a new friend by the time we ended this off roading trip! read more

I was forced off the road in my subdivision and by the next morning, my front right tire was totally flat. I called Tom with N.Ga. Roadside and he said he would be at my house in 30-45 minutes. He was right on time! He was very professional and had my tire off and the spare on very quickly. His pricing is very reasonable and even gave me a senior discount. I highly recommend his service to anyone. He also reminded me to check my tire receipt for road hazard protection. I did and, luckily, it covered the cost of a new tire. Thank you Tom!! read more

My car battery was dead in my driveway, and I did not have anyone around to assist. I googled battery services and found this wonderful company! I called this morning to inquire about services and Tom was so very kind. Not only did he take the time to ask me what was wrong he even suggested what I could do. I received quick and affordable jumpstart services, and he even added air to one of my low tires which allowed me and my child to drive safely to location for a new battery. I was able to get to the auto center, get my new battery and got back home safely. Tom is not only kind, but he is honest and provides excellent customer service!!! My husband and I were on Vacation in Ellijay, August 2023. We noticed one of our tires was flat due to a nail. He couldn't get the tire of to put spare on, so we called North GA Roadside, and someone was there within 45 minutes. He changed the tire and added air to the spare so we were able to drive into Ellijay to have a plug put in at Bo's Tire. Not a fun thing to experience when on vacation but we received excellent service from both businesses. read more
