Front desk person Cassandra refused to have me as a patient anymore because I asked to have my preferences changed because 8 text messages reminders then multiple phone call reminders are extremely excessive. Dr. Chris, the dentist, is highly concerned with one's well-being, and ensures any concerns presented are observed. During my cleaning, Dr. Chris was constantly making sure I was comfortable and nothing was weighing on the sensitivity of my teeth. An interesting aspect I found with Dr. Chris was that he would carry on a conversation and then make sure to work in a rinse and suction right before it was my turn to answer his questions. Other dentists I've visited would expect me to swallow and talk with a mouthful of remnants. I do have gum rescission, and my concern at a dental appointment is always if I'm going to wind up jumping out of the chair; due to a lack of attention from whoever is cleaning my teeth and striking a tooth nerve. I did not feel any discomfort during this visit and was extremely relieved. This was my first visit to this office, and I'm looking forward to going back. It can be extremely difficult to find a dentist who takes a lot of pride in what he does and genuinely cares about his patients' well being.
