This time, the same thing happened, except I asked before I left if it had the nuts, and they told me they were out. If you're out of an ingredient that's supposed to come in the blizzard, shouldn't you let the customer know before making it? That way they can decide if they still want it. The service here just keeps getting worse. It used to be hit or miss when I ordered food or ice cream, but now it's just miss.
