The BonBonerie was an awesome place for afternoon tea and treats! A very cozy yet bustling bakery and tea room creates the perfect setting. Friendly, helpful service makes this a must visit establishment. Im glad a had a light lunch because after three tiers, I was pleasantly full. Everything was great from the finger sandwiches to the sugar cookies. The teas were delicate yet flavorful. I had both Ginger Peach and White Mango.

Came for afternoon tea with friends and it was a cute, fun experience. Homey and nostalgic feels inside. Reservations are highly recommended for this. We each selected a tea and then we were served a slice of quiche and a 3 tier platter of various sandwiches and treats. The quiche was not hot at all, but delicious. Service was just okay. It was something different to do with friends than just lunch. If I come back I'd probably order off the cafe menu and not the traditional tea as the treats were heavy on the sweet for me.

I've been to The BonBonerie before and was very impressed. Just went there for a bridal shower for a dear friend of mine. They really know how to make food that is delicious and looks beautiful. Loved the tea too! I'm partial to herbal or decaffeinated teas - they served an amazing strawberry one followed by a blueberry one. Colors and flavor were remarkable. Since it was the day after Valentine's Day, the decorations were still up including a photo backdrop perfect for the occasion. You need to take the time to look at examples of what they create. It will make you drool! It was so busy that I didn't get many photos.

I moved from Cincinnati for 5 years and never forgot the magic here! I was close by today and this little Cincinnati gem is even more amazing than I remembered! They had carrot cake samples - and I fell in love all over again! I came in for a few birthday cupcakes which is awesome that they had something beautiful without having to special order! 3/7/25 the super sweet young girl helped me and didn't even get mad that I forgot to take a number. This really is a Cincinnati treasure! Lots of love! Thank you for all the magic!

Having afternoon tea at the Bonbonerie was delightful! Calling ahead for reservations recommended. The selection and service were great! As tea parties go, this would be a casual tea. A wonderful feature was that each guest got their own pot of their choice of tea, refillable with a different flavor option! Most if not all tea service items were available for individual purchase upstairs in the bakery.

If you haven't tried the afternoon tea at the BonBonerie you must. Going into the café is like walking into a quaint English tea shop. It is simply delightful Once we are seated, the waitress took our drink order and then came with a lovely tray of finger foods. Everything from small sandwiches, quiche and pastries. Whether your taste is sweet or savory all is covered.

We arrived shortly before 11 o'clock. After a short wait, we were promptly seated, and our order was taken. An hour later, we were finished with breakfast. The menu is not very diverse, as far as selections go. What was offered was very good. I had the curry chicken salad sandwich w/ a cup of tomato bisque soup, my boyfriend had the breakfast tea plate.

We were gifted cookies from the BonBonerie for a small gathering following our engagement. They were fantastic. We are still eating them five days later and they taste fresh. I don't know how a sugar cookie can be so good. They aren't overly sweet, which I appreciate. This is not my first brush with the BonBonerie. The carrot cake is among the best I've ever had. I've spread the gospel on the carrot cake. The employees have always been super friendly and helpful. Splurge and get your cakes from here!

I've ordered a carrot cake 2 years in a row which has always been great, and finally had the chance to enjoy high tea! The assortment of food was delicious - from the baked goods and cookies to the savory options. For each item, they provided the exact number per guest, which made sharing seamless, but we easily could have eaten more of the finger sandwiches and quiche! :) They had a nice selection of all different types of tea, there were 3 of us in the group and we were each able to order 2 tea pots during our visit. I wish the ambiance and decor was more charming and uniform. The waiting hall was not very inviting and could be spruced up since it seems common for guests to wait before their table is ready. There is only 1 spot to wait where you feel like you are not in the way of everyone else walking through the hallway and even then, it still feels tight. The tearoom itself had some funky art but I think this vibe could be played up more to stand out as not just another "English tea decor" spot. The tea cups and saucers were mismatched, but would have been more fun if they were matching orrr more purposefully mismatched (versus feeling like the cups and saucers were just randomly placed together). It was also very loud in the room! Our overall experience was good but I think there's still a lot of potential to make this place super cute and unique!

This is an edited review! This was once a favorite place of mine, until today when I was harassed by a worker. I was at lunch here with my mother when a male worker walked past us on his way to smoke a cigarette outside. He stood very close to us and asked three or more times, "Where's daddy at?" We gave no response or even eye contact and he did not seem to understand how inappropriate that was and just was laughing. It's especially humiliating to have my mother experience this behavior. I couldn't wait to leave.

Every single bakery item I've had from here is AMAZING! When I got this cake the words are wrong but the cake was so good I didn't even care!

Bon Bonerie is the gold standard when it comes to bakeries. I have been eating treats from here my whole life and have yet to ever be disappointed! I was recently on a scone kick and wanted to swing in there because I knew if anyone was going to make a good scone, it would be Bon Bonerie. They are well known for their Opera cake, but I'm not a huge chocolate person so I've always steered more towards their other offerings. On this visit I went with my sister and my 2 year old niece and I was so pleased with how sweet and kind and patient the folks there were with her. They so kindly gave her a free cookie and I think she's officially a Bon Bonerie fan for life as well!

This place doesn't disappoint - there is so much to choose from and the options rotate daily ! I personally love the blueberry fritters - They are huge and layers of blueberry yet they are only 3 bucks (that's so cheap). The strawberry cheese pastry was also delicious and flaky. The only thing I ordered that I wasn't a huge fan of was the pretzel - it was big and the price was right but it didn't taste better than a wawa pretzel twist. The donuts also come warm since the case seems to be a warming case which is a nice touch. The workers are so nice and they will explain every flavor to you if needed since there are no labels. The place is small and so is the parking lot.
