Came in with 1992 women's Reebok sneakers never used but the glue was coming off the bottom. Ask how much it would cost. Abe's quote "this will take too long, I don't have time". 0/10 would NOT recommend SMDH ‍

Luis was awesome! He turned my favorite worn down shoes into like new shoes! Great attention to detail and he's honest about what he can do. He will tell you if your expectations are realistic. He's also such a kind soul/sole.

Have been here multiple times with excellent repairs on very nice shoes. When the face on my custom beaver hat started to come off I came here. Quick fix and it's better than before and ready for more use! He even fixes fur hats! Stoked with it and I'll be back!

    Dibrit still in the shoes.

I was disappointed to see the results of my golf shoe cleaning. Even though he explained and I understood scuffs would not be repaired, I did not expect to find grass stains, dirt and debris still in the shoes. I would have been better off paying my grandchild to clean the shoes. He would have done a better job.

    I wish I had a before picture.

I have used Abes before to replace the plastic on my heels. This time I brought in a pair of knee high boots to re-sole them. I got them back in less than two weeks and they look fabulous. Worth the money to have them polished too. You cant tell that there are two different leathers used to fit my fat calves.

Luis worked magic on my husband's Italian leather dress loafers! (I wish I had a "before" photo to pair with this stunning result.) The soles were nearly worn through and the wood heels were showing their age. Luis gave new life to the leather and colored the heel to perfectly compliment the dark brown. He recommended a rubber sole to replace the prior wood and enhance my husband's comfort during long trade shows. They look fantastic and will now be more functional than when they were brand new. Thank you for reviving these shoes!

Was charged $50 to repair the sole of dress shoes and they came back ruined. Do not recommend.

I told Luis my story and he was nice enough to take on and attempt to fix another persons botched project.

The shoe artisan offered to get it done within a hour which I appreciated. Picked them up and was happy with the outcome! It was sowed with the same colored material. For $15 I thought that was a fair deal. Staff was great, very accommodating, and welcoming! I'd come back again for my shoe repairs!

I wanted to support a local small business, and I understand that mistakes can happen. I paid for…read morethe work, thanked them, and did not ask for a refund. However, based on my experience, I will not be returning. I brought in a bag to have two zipper sliders replaced because the pull tabs had broken off. About a week and a half later, I received a text stating that the zipper itself was ripped and needed to be replaced at an additional cost of $130. The problem is that the zipper was not ripped when I dropped the bag off. The damage is very noticeable and is located directly on the zipper track. It would have been obvious to both me and the shop during intake if it had already existed. The bag is older, so my assumption is that the zipper may have torn during the slider replacement process. Had the shop simply told me that, I would have understood. What bothered me was being told the damage was pre existing and then being presented with a $130 upsell after already paying $45 for the original repair. Considering the bag can be purchased new for around $100, the recommendation made even less sense to me. I paid the bill and picked up my bag, but I left disappointed. From many of the reviews, it sounds like the previous owner built an excellent reputation over many years. Unfortunately, my experience under the current ownership did not reflect the level of service I was expecting. I sincerely hope future customers have a better experience than I did or read this review in time to choose another repair shop.
