The 5 star reviews are spot on. David is super responsive and punctual. He was at our home at the time we originally agreed to (we were late). He's pricey, but thorough and does an excellent job. He replaced a few of our locks and matched the same finish/style with the old hardware. Apparently, he has all sorts of locks and finishes in the back of his van. I'm thrilled we went with a small locally owned company and will definitely use David again. Just a heads up though, he is off on Saturdays, but will meet you wherever needed on Sundays. read more

I locked the keys in my car at almost midnight and Pop-A-Lock wanted to charge $75 so I went to Yelp and found Abi with good reviews. Using Yelp to ask for a a quote it came back as $35 which is great. When the son arrived I was told that because it was midnight it will cost $45 which I could accept. Then he wants to charge $95 to open the car door to get the keys out! that was not acceptable. I explained to him all of the above and he accepted $75 which is what Pop-A-Lock would have charged. I will say that he arrived within fifteen minutes and provided good service. I will use them again but hopefully not in the near future. read more

Fast response and got the job done. I had to change the lock in our new place and we thought to try a keyless type of lock. I googled the lock that we agreed to install and it cost a fraction of what he was charging for but since I had a business trip and was in a hurry, had to get it done.
