I will be finding a new chiropractor. I feel everyone's time is very valuable a simple phone call prior to the appointment would've been sufficient and welcomed. My husband did not feel that his process was handled professionally or thoroughly; the chiropractor gave little explanation of his condition. When he asked the receptionist about the next appointment, she just said," It's up to you," instead of offering professional guidance. His previous chiropractor ( who moved far away) always explained his progress and recommended whether more sessions were needed. The difference in professionalism and quality here was clear. They are extremely slow, especially when it comes to paperwork. I handle multiple doctors' offices across different counties, so I know how professional offices should operate. This isn't just "unacceptable" -- it is unacceptable. It has now been beyond 10 business days, and simple forms are still not completed. Instead of efficiency, I've been met with excuses, as if patients don't understand how offices work. On top of that, the wait times are ridiculous. Even when you arrive on time, you end up sitting far too long before being seen. It adds unnecessary stress to an already frustrating experience. Because of this, I dread coming to this office. While Dr. Raiszadeh deserves recognition for his surgical excellence, the staff's inefficiency and excessive wait times drag the overall experience down to an inferior rating.

There are not enough stars for Ashley Medical…read more I know Ashley Medical has devices for humans but they also have help for your pets. I ordered an oxygen concentrator online for my dog who is currently in the hospital with severe respiratory distress. The online company had concentrators but no cages. I ordered the concentrator in hopes I could find something makeshift until they had them in stock. The Veterinary Specialty Hospital told me I could try Ashley Medical that they had some pet items. I was so surprised and grateful that they had the dog oxygen cage I needed. Not only did she bring out the cage, she brought out a concentrator similar to the one I purchased and showed me the ins and outs and exactly how to use it. When I got home I realized the other company had not sent the right adapters to work with the cage "because I didn't buy a cage"... They could have told me what I needed but they didn't :(. I immediately called Ashley Medical back and she calculated exactly what I needed and got it to me immediately. They have several dogs and are so loving and compassionate towards animals. I am so so grateful I was able to find this place but even more grateful for the owners. In a time of extreme stress they were there and just took over the situation, educated me, and I left feeling so confident about my ability to care for my pup. I am sure they are great for humans too :)

I recently had a dozen sessions at Rehab United in La Mesa. I found everyone there to be very…read morefriendly, kind and encouraging, from the front-desk staff to the therapists. It's an upbeat, cheerful atmosphere. I was assigned (mainly) to Charles, who listened carefully to me, figured out what exercises would help the two problems I came in with, then came up with a good plan I could also do at home. Occasionally, due to scheduling, I had other therapists who were also excellent. The therapy assistants were also very knowledgeable about my exercise plan and very helpful. I'm not always a huge fan of apps, but I really like Rehab United/ Keet Health's exercise app, which lists all my exercises, along with short videos of each one so I can see if I'm doing them properly at home. I "graduated" from therapy a couple of weeks ago, but I'm still doing my exercise plan at home in order to continue my recovery. Thanks, Charles and Rehab United.

I actually come here often because I have such a weak immune system. The parking garage is…read moreridiculous to go in and out because it's very tight on the turns to go up to the next level and you have to use mirrors to see if there's oncoming traffic. When you go in the room is pretty big and there's signs to direct you to which counter to go to for your scheduled person. The receptionists are nice and after you checked in and paid your co-pay or whatever, you sit and wait for your name to be called by the nurse that checks your weight, vitals, and writes down information prepping for the NP, PA, or Dr to see further what is going on. My primary doctor I was assigned to is Dr. Kesling, and I've only met him once because he is always really busy but he is such a sweet and nice old man. I've always seen nurse practitioner Paula Leibham or the physicians assistant Amy Wray. I always go to those two because they actually listen to me about my problems, how I'm feeling that day or how long my symptoms are going for. After that they sometimes ask about background history of the family if it's for serious symptoms they're looking for and since I often see them they remember my past illnesses or problems and check up to see how I am doing. After listening they give their recommendations and write prescriptions for what I have and to go fill it. Sometimes they have assistants that even call in to the pharmacy you go to, to have the prescriptions filled for you if you are unable to go. I like the fact that they call you sometimes to check on you if you have an ongoing problem. They make me feel better whenever I go to the doctors and I am a person that HATES to go. Remember to validate your parking before you leave! The only sucky thing about this place is that you have to call in and make an appointment and there is no walk-ins, but for serious problems you can go downstairs into the ER at the Sharp Hospital. But maaaaybe if you're lucky and somebody cancelled, then you can go in the same day? but fat chance that happening. So there's one of the NP's that I think does not work there anymore but if that person was, I'll edit my review... they were very unpleasant and did not listen to me about how I was feeling and my symptoms that I had and kept attacking me with "are you sure?" "i don't believe you." "oh really." yada yada. man did she ever make me so scared to even come and get cured for anything even a cold, maybe because she was having a horrible day? who knows. I later scheduled for a different person and it was Amy and it turns out to be something serious rather than something to not be looked at. Just go to Amy or Paula, soooo nice and smiley and looks like they actually love their job and helping you. I wanna give this place 4.5 stars for this place, only because of the parking, but if that one scary person still works there... definitely a 4.

Gave two stars vs. one because at least it was a good adjustment. Read more below if interested: Upon entering, the receptionist (doctor's wife) is unmasked, and when I was taken to the room for treatment, there are several pages of random quotes from February/March 2020 printed on paper refuting the use of masks to protect from COVID-19. Not only are some taken out of context, but they are outdated, so even though the doctor tries to present that he's unbiased by quoting people like the Surgeon General and Dr. Fauci, they are all quotes from early 2020. My back pain was so severe, however, that I stayed just to get the adjustment, knowing I'd never back. I can say that it was a good adjustment. Anyway, I was in and out in about 10min, thankfully. But I can't recommend anyone go here simply to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and misinformation surrounding masking.
