I have been with Good feet for about 10 years and it has been amazing. I had misplaced 2 of my 3 insoles and was wearing my flip flops for way too long thinking that I didn't need to wear the insoles and I was wrong, 2-3 toes in my right foot started to have some pain so I finally went in and replaced the 2 insoles and the pain was better but what was awesome is that the store kept working with me and different insoles to eliminate the Pain. Sadegh at the Carmel Mountain store helped me last year and I just went back yesterday to exchange one pair of the original Good Feet arch supports for free! They have a lifetime warranty and it was easy to trade my original supports for an even firmer option, as my arches have improved and can now use the next stage of "Strengthener Honeycomb' and it's feeling great! Have you ever bought something and really regretted it? Well this is up there with my top 3 things. A extra star is for Mark who provided great customer service, however, Yelp Family let me tell you this. These "inserts" are not worth the high dollar amount. If I could take them back I would. Although I fell for it, I didn't fall all the way and buy the full shabang, which is close to $2k after taxes. My sales guy Mark was wonderful I have to say. He was way more enthusiastic than the other guy that was there. Mark presented his pitch to myself and another lady at the same time. You can tell they were trained to say the same thing and give the same examples. I went in there with the expectation that they really measure your feet and walk pattern .. they don't. I've had surgeries on both feet, my big toes don't bend. I have a hard time finding shoes and inserts that are a comfortable fit. I told this to mark. Honestly their measurements consist of stepping on some paper, squat, stand back up, take foot off paper. All it shows is where you put pressure (hot spots they say) It's not a true measurement. He went in the back, came out with some inserts that I would assume are special to my feet pattern. I say all this to say... when I saw the price I was shocked, I didn't buy the whole package but walked out of there almost $600 later. I bought just the "Maintainer" which should be for every day wear..oh and it's true. They said they would be one price but rang them up almost $40 more than what he quoted. Boy do I regret this purchase. I've waited over a month to see if they made a difference, guess what, they don't. I'm sure they would just say because I didn't purchase the full kit and kaboodle. I don't like the people at those store at all. The audacity and the attitude they have when I spend thousands of dollars here and then they're rude?? Thanks but no thanks. The guy with red hair is so sweet and nice, loved him. The black girl that drives a grey Honda is awful at customer service and needs to check that attitude. Maybe start looking for jobs where you aren't face to face with people, possibly work remote because sweetie, this isn't your best look. I came in in pain....and left the store with a huge bill. Yes, this is on me, I feel for the line of bull this place was selling. They knew it, they saw me coming, and they took advantage of my pain. Do they have a product that works? I would say yes to 2 of the products they sold me...but that is all I needed. They offered up an all or nothing solution, so thousands later here I am. Their customer service is non-existent. I have emailed the company with questions, nothing. I will not return to the store that took advantage of my vulnerability....the main company could at least return my email. Pro: they do have 2 arch supports that have helped me Con: they sold me a system that was pricey and full of items I DO NOT NEED. Today I had every intention of taking my 17-year-old son shoe shopping for orthotics for his sneakers, along with buying a pair of new sneakers that would help his planters fasciitis. I had two stores in mind, this being one of them. Just to set the stage, I know I was planning on spending at least $200 on shoes and orthotics. When we walked into the store at 11:30 a.m. it was totally empty. The store just opened about 6 months ago in my neighborhood, so I was eager as usual to patronize new businesses. When we walked in the salesperson was in the back he came out. I said, "Good morning." His first words were, "Do you have an appointment?" I responded, "I didn't know I needed one. I'm just here to buy shoes for my son." He responded with "This is not a shoe store!" I was a little baffled as I looked around to only see shoes on the wall displays. The salesperson then proceeded to ask me if I had an hour, as there was nobody in the store. I guess to measure my son's feet and deciding what kind of shoe would be best. I already knew what kind of shoe would be best because we were wearing them. I just want brand new shoes for my son. His attitude was so condescending and the microaggressions that I felt I was receiving was uncalled for. He tried to explain that orthotics does not cure our flat feet to which I told him I know this already but it does make you more comfortable and help your posture. I guess what I'm trying to say through the whole conversation all I kept hearing through his well manicured facial hair was everything but, "May I help you?" At one point I just looked at my son and realized I did not want this man touching my son's feet. I told the salesman that I do not want to buy anything at this store and I left. Remember there was not a soul in the store. Now, I am taking my son to 'Footwear Etc' store to buy sneakers. read more

I'm hopeful the supports will help my feet, but the sales experience left quite a bad taste in my mouth, and I almost canceled the whole sale. Bree, the woman at the counter, quoted me a price I agreed to and then proceeded to ring up a price almost $200 more when she was behind the register. When I questioned this, she explained that this is normally how they do it. Really? And she was a manager from another store. It all felt like I was being hustled, like dealing with a rather shady used car salesman. This is their normal sales procedure? If so, avoid this chain and find another store for help. read more

I'll make this quick and simple. I went in to see about these insoles that a few of my coworkers have been talking about. As a firefighter for almost 20 years I have developed chronic back pain and I can honestly tell you that within three weeks almost all of my pains have gone away. See Cheyenne at the Carmel Mountain store. I was having some issues with some of the arch supports not fitting in some of my shoes which were sold to me by a different person at the store. The pair I was wearing in my sneakers weren't really helping as well. Cheyenne re-tested my feet and suggested different arch supports which definitely feel different on my feet and she took back the extra set I bought that doesn't work in any of my other shoes. I can definitely recommend if you need arch supports in your shoes, Cheyenne has an impressive knowledge of the structure of the feet and the products she sells. She will help you. read more
