Kaliopi and Anh both worked on…read moremy hair and used a combination of fusion and sewin wefts to match the thickness of my hair and the length I wanted. they took almost 6 hours to work on my hair and not once did they seem as though they were rushing to finish. both hair stylists took the time to fully figure out the most natural way my extensions could fit into my hair and gave me helpful tips on managing, washing and even sleeping with my new extensions. kaliopi even gave me a little extra hair because my natural hair was so thick! both Kaliopi and Anh were very sweet to chat with and i was given complimentary tea and coffee which was a nice touch. will definitely be coming back! the only issue i had is the length of the hair. i wanted a couple inches longer than what i have now but Kaliopi said it would be best if i had this length now because it would look most natural. next time, I definitely want to go longer!

They are located on the third floor and one has to take stairs up, so not the most easily accessible. However, the salon is charming and I loved the Tokyo vibes. :) my haircut took about an hour and I left feeling refreshed. Especially loved their deep conditioning massage. Unfortunately, I did not realize they were located on the 3rd floor and no elevator in the building. I discovered the elevator issue when walking by on the way to another attraction. Many places we've travel have a fee for cancellations but when I called HKS they were very understanding. We can't provide a review on the teams ability to cut or style hair but I will review them for their ease of booking and their willingness to work with their clients even if that means not making a sale.
