I do not know the jewelers name - but I can only describe what transpired as a godsend. He knew exactly what was wrong, what had been done wrong, and even mentioned additional things that needed to be fixed that I had not yet voiced. I just picked my beautifully, perfectly restored ring yesterday and I cannot begin to describe the joy of the experience - knowing the level of professionalism and pride this establishment takes in their work. Each piece comes with an professional appraisal - something that not many Etsy stores offer at no cost and if you do it on your own, often times you're looking at charges from $50-150 hourly to flat rate fees. They were gracious in working on a layaway contract with me, keeping in constant contact with me, even through the breakout of COVID-19 in their area. Once I had paid off my ring, they had informed me of their local quarantine lock down situation but I was happy to be patient for my ring. Even through all of that, their office manager still found a way to ship my ring out across the States to me. Their packaging, while me being eco-conscious did wince at the idea, ensured the protection of my ring as (they encased it in it's own jewelry box, then bubble wrap, then multiple cardboard boxes - they'll all be recycled!) it spent many miles flying over the Pacific Ocean. As I opened the ring box, the diamonds sparkled beautifully and the gold bands were so shiny. I'm very happy with my purchase, now I just need to remember to insure this baby! I'm lucky I have all the time in the world now to stay at home in quarantine and just admire my ring all day! I shopped around and bought my engagement ring setting & diamond separately (saved several thousand…read more$). And was looking for a jeweler to do the mounting on the Gulf Coast. I called several jewelers in Gulfport, Biloxi, & Slidell and received fairly poor responses (Pav & Broome of Gulfport gave me the snootiest toned response: "If you didn't buy the diamond here, it will be 3-4 weeks to mount"). I called Reine Diamonds and got treated with true southern courtesy and told me their jeweler was in shop Wednesdays & Fridays. And if I dropped off the ring & diamond, they can have it ready overnight. Dropped it off at 11:00AM Friday expecting it to be done the next day, but five hours later they called saying it was ready for pick up (no rush order involved at all). I was highly impressed and would recommend them for any of your immediate jeweler repair & mounting needs.

The manager was complaining that that she needed to lock the store to eat becuase of her diabetes. When another customer walked in, she was offered water after just a few minutes and I was not after having a much longer wait. They would not take a charge payment over the phone as my mother from MD wanted to puchase them for a gift to me. The manager acted like I was stupid for even suggesting that $100 be accepted over the phone by credit card. I told my mom on the phone that the experience was bad. The manager then said I shouldn't buy from them, and I was asked to leave for speaking badly in front of other customers. I was not loud or rude. I simply spoke the truth. It was a horrible experience, and I would not consider making a larger purchase from them because of the way I was treated.
