Came out ASAP to get our washing machine up & running. This was after Sears Appliance Repair did us very, very wrong. Able All Day!

Josue was terrific. Very professional and personable! He diagnosed the problem with the fridge,…read moreordered the part, and was back to finish the repair a week later, as promised. JennAir referred me to a different company which they use for repairs - Goodman Home Solutions. A complete waste of time and money. Their Technician misdiagnosed the problem and caused us to lose time and money. Should have called Aurora first! Lesson learned. Thank You, Josue.

This refrigerator repair company clearly does not value your time--or your business. They showed up…read morelate to the appointment with no call or notification, which was already frustrating. Once the technician finally arrived, things only got worse. He actually asked to borrow a tool from me, spent a lot of time on his phone trying to figure things out, and even had to call another tech for help. After all that, he gave me a guess about why my freezer wasn't working, while also trying to redirect me by saying my refrigerator might still be under warranty and that I should contact them instead. That's something that should have been clarified before the appointment, not after wasting my time. Now, four days later, my freezer is still not working. The part hasn't even been ordered, and I've been told yet another technician needs to come out. To make matters worse, they've given me another vague 4-5 hour window to wait around for them. Overall, this has been an incredibly frustrating and time-wasting experience. Poor communication, lack of preparation, and zero sense of urgency. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I highly recommend Bluffton Appliance Repair. The burners…read moreon our induction range threw an error code and we had another company come to service it. They informed us the part needed would cost several hundred dollars and it would take approximately a week for them to receive it. Almost three months later, they said the part had been drop shipped but they still had not received it and they would let us know as soon as they did. We instead contacted Bluffton Appliance Repair. Within 5 minutes the technician discovered that the problem was that one of the electronic boards wasn't plugged in all the way and that no parts were needed. Bluffton Appliance Repair saved us several hundred dollars and fixed the problem immediately.

I just paid these guys $95 for nothing. I have a corner broken off my cooktop. When I called,…read morethey asked for the model number. I had forgotten to get that from my husband. But the person I spoke to ( Craig) assured me charge would be the same if they came to my house and got the model number or if my husband told them the model number. So for convenience sake I said ok come look at it. A guy came and took the same picture my husband did with his phone. And said, "That'll be $95 for today. We'll be in touch with the cost of replacing the cooktop". Shocked, I told him I wanted to speak with his employer. Craig spoke to me disrespectfully, not like a customer he wanted to do business with. More like a surly teen talks to his mom. He claimed to have explained this on the phone (news to me) and that this is a completely normal way to do business. Craig said it is what plumbers do. I am in my fifties. I've used many plumbers and other repairmen through the years. But I have never been billed for someone driving 15 minutes and taking a cel phone pic. I have only paid once things were fixed, not for a snapshot. I would rather lose $95 and have a broken cooktop than deal with this sort of business again.
