Repair day came and he fixed it on Wednesday well Thursday night I set my dishwasher to run overnight at 1am. I was awaken by beeping sound which was my leak detector thank goodness I have one. I put the leak detector out from under the sink and started filling around and it was soaking wet, I mean, soaking and wet. I stopped the dishwasher and then the dishwasher started draining. It wasn't draining into the sink. It was draining into my cabinet under the sink, it was flooding my kitchen. I opened the dishwasher to stop it from running looked around and realize that it was not connected to the garbage disposal so instead of the water draining into the drain, it was draining into my cabinet. My cabinet has water damage now. I am airing it out and trying to dry it with a fan. Before I went back to sleep, I called the company to ask for a different repair guy to come out and make sure everything was connected properly. 8:10AM I called the company again to speak to a person no answer, at 9 AM I called the company no answer at a quarter till 10. I still have no replyNo call back no nothing. I called the home warranty company and asked for a different company to make sure that everything was tightened with my dishwasher so I don't have a flood again. I do not trust K&L appliance repair. It's not like I didn't call them to come and fix or look over what the repair guy miss I tried to give them a second chance they did not return any of my calls.

I saw the laven reviews online and they were good but the owner would not come to the house and see the mistakes. I had to consult with a lawyer and was advised to take them to court even the kansas attorney general told me to take laven electric to court which was more expense i could not afford. i just took my losses on that one. he made a small compensation but not enough to fix the problems he left me with. April at Denney's restored my faith that there are actually some good companies around that will do good work and stand behind their work. April went above and beyond helping me arrange to have the work done and there were absolutely no problems in getting the work done correctly. April is a great asset to Denney's as i am sure is true of all of their employees.

I found Tager just via online search and called. I appreciated that an actual person answered and was able to get someone out quickly. They sent a text when the technician was on the way. The technician was very nice, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, they weren't able to repair the issue due to no fault of their own. The fridge was old and just done. The technician went above and beyond to answer my additional questions and gave me some advice regarding my new fridge that I now need to purchase. They charge $98 to come out which I feel is reasonable. If you get a repair, they waive the service charge. As a single woman I appreciate the honesty and service that I received. I will definitely call them again if I need any more assistance with my appliances and I definitely recommend them.

I orderer one from Home Depot on June 15th, it was supposed to be delivered on July2nd, then was put on back order for July 15th, and then I come to figure out they never even shipped my dryer from the manufacturer. So what I did was go buy a new dryer and brought it home. I plugged it in and it started making a very weird noise and come to learn that it wasn't getting enough voltage to the dryer & the breaker was installed incorrectly. 2 guys from Jeremy's shower up around 3:45 and they had everything fixed by 4:05. My dryer now works and all the wiring and breakers are installed correctly. Im a first time home buyer so knowing there are companies out there like Jeremy's who get the job down QUICK and for an affordable price is comforting. They ripped us off and violated building code too. I had them install a car charger. Mario Meza…read morequoted the job and did the install. He quoted a 6-3 wire and 50 amp breaker, and that's what he invoiced as well. It turns out he actually installed a 8-3 wire and 60 amp breaker. This violates building code (verified with city of Overland Park) and is a fire hazard. It also is a cheaper wire and doesn't provide as much amperage as the 6-3 wire. We've made multiple attempts to contact them to give them a chance to correct their work--and actually install what they charged us for-- before we report them to the city. Mario took my call one time and was quite rude. He tried to claim that it's fine because it works and then hung up on me. (That's like saying it's ok to give me a cubic zirconia when he quoted and charged me for a diamond.) They won't return our calls on any of their numbers. Be aware also that they are no longer licensed in Johnson County. (He was when we hired him but it has since expired.
