I tried to ask to adjust the pressure but due to a language barrier, she continued with a bit too much pressure. Between the hard massage bed and super heavy pressure, I was a bit uncomfortable at times. Overall, I didn't hate it. I just would have liked a real couples massage, a little less pressure which left me sore for days after, and a softer bed. Overall the price and experience was just ok. After registering, I received an email confirmation with details including their refund/return and cancellation policy. Antwan Watson was the masseuse. A portable massage chair was used. It was my first time being massaged in this type of chair. She provided a paper face cloth/chair cover which I liked. Soothing music was played in the background, but we chatted the whole time. She is very warm and personable. Antwan used just the perfect amount of pressure. Lightly in some areas and harder in other areas, which were tight. 8 minutes went by fast. Highly recommend.

The massage therapist, Janine, who is also the owner was very curt to me when letting me in. She just walked away and I followed her to a desk area where she handed me a form to fill out. Nothing friendly about her. Once she directed me to a room to undress, which took me only a minute, I was lying on the bed for almost 8 mins before she came in. I had paid for an hour long massage with reflexology but looking at the clock, by the time she was done, it had only been about 48 mins. The room is not the most comfortable as I've enjoyed more dimly lit places where you can enjoy the relaxing massage - this room was full of sunlight. No calming music played and the loud humming of the AC was distracting. While massaging my neck, I kept feeling Janine's jagged nails digging into my skin making it quite uncomfortable. I've had way better massages while this was barely mediocre to me. Not a great place or massage therapist from what I experienced and I don't ever plan on coming here again.
