I called Lifeway Mobility and spoke with Tabitha. She was pleasant and knowledgeable, and told me the fee to remove the stairlift would be $215. We scheduled a date and time. The technician, Luis, called me when he was on his way, he arrived promptly, was very nice and friendly, and had the stairlift out of the house in 15 minutes. I paid him, he emailed a receipt, and was on his way. I could not have asked for a better experience, and highly recommend Lifeway Mobility.

I opted IN to receive the notifications. Now...EVERY time I get a notification call....i have to listen to some long drawn out message about whether ir not i want to start receiving notification messages when my orders are ready....didn't I already say YES and that is why you are calling me? And the system doesnt even give me MY message about MY order, until AFTER it's done spouting about whether or not I want to join in on this notification system. Cant you remove that somehow so that from now on I just get MY message about MY order? That would be great! Because I am ready to OPT OUT just because I dont want to have to wait 5 minutes everytime you call to finally hear MY message.
