Any business owner that speaks to his clients like this agoutis not be in the customer service industry. He goes as low to say I am not smart enough. We have actually used this company twice before and had a pleasant experience. I was very aware of his policies. I have read his reviews and saw that I am not the only one who had this experience. I definitely do not recommend even calling this company! He said he hasn't had our name, but he didn't give me time to give out name and we have a new cell phone number. Don't do business here at all the reviews about , their customer service is whack and there extremely rude, is true lol my SIL made a reservation for us and told them she wouldn't pay them over the phone but that we would come in person to put down a deposit. Due to our work schedule changing on a daily, it's been impossible to meet in person especially since they make up there own hours lol. Called today to see what time they close and they replied on the phone " we're closed how many times y'all gonna call us but not show up" yeah bye! Y'all state y'all 24/7 but not always open LOL and 2nd y'all's attitude tells me enough how y'all take care y'all customers and more so how y'all handle " business ". Extremely unprofessional! I have nothing but good things to say about Able Limousine. We hired them for my daughter's prom. They worked with me via text message to stay in contact and confirm the schedule. Everyone was professional and kind. Ralph Diaz was the driver and the kids loved him. My only set back is that they booked another party/rental after mine. For 1 AM in the morning. It was across town and even though it was not my business to have to, I made sure to let the kids know they needed to all leave in a timely manner so that the driver had time to get to his next gig. Well, they did and they were 45 minutes early from the rental end time. It was late and I signed the contract and went to bed. When I brought this up with the owner, he said, so sorry, you signed off. So if you do rent a limo and do not use it for the full time, do not sign off on the contract until the time is fixed so you can get your fee adjusted. That is all. The gentleman that answered the phone was extremely rude. I was asking questions and he got hostile. I felt like he was angry with me for simply asking a question. He then implied that he has been doing this longer than I have been around. What does that have to do with anything???? Plus, he was incorrect but why does that matter. He went on to saying he's busy and I'm calling at a busy time. Then he should pay for an answering service or let the vm pick up. He clearly was taking his frustrations out on me. Absolutely unprofessional and does not value a potential customer. Tried to inquire about a quote for an event, the gentleman was extremely hostile for whatever reason, then proceeded to say he's been doing this business longer than I've been alive, I have no idea how that's relevant in the conversation, now why would I want to book this service or refer others to it if this is the hostility I'm met with? I have 23 people with me that need to be driven around and I need to ask questions and see what the terms are etc, why should you be insulted simply for asking questions? He claimed that because he wasn't available and this was last minute, (although I didn't request for today or this week) he said I should've just hung up instead of getting the info I needed, so with that logic how will I ever know when they are available? Should I just call every time I have an event on the day of? Because clearly according to that logic I'm not allowed to ask when will they be available????? Makes no sense to me, it's literally just a phone call no need to get yourself worked up, I promise you won't die for calmly speaking to a potential customer/client whatever they are to you. read more

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER from start to finish! Timmy assisted in booking our transportation for my sister's bachelorette weekend. We arranged transportation from pick up from our hotel in Dallas to a couple of wineries outside Fort Worth. I booked a 10 passenger Lincoln Limousine but wanted to upgrade last minute for extra space. Timmy was able to do this without any complications! On the day we needed transportation, Emilio our driver arrived on time in a beautiful Mercedes Sprinter! I was SO IMPRESSED with the cleanliness and updated features of the Sprinter! I couldn't have been any happier! He was helpful, polite, and accommodating when we wanted to stay at one winery longer than the other. All of the girls had AN AMAZING TIME!! Honestly the owner of this company Timmy, does not even deserve 1 star. When I called to ask general questions about pricing and availability for an upcoming event, he was extremely rude and condescending. Not only that but when I inquired what the service charge covered his answers were inconsistent and sketchy. I could tell he was getting agitated when he told me "lady you are asking too many questions", I was flabbergasted and told him that I would take my business elsewhere. Extremely rude. We ended up not needing so we cancelled our reservation. I called to ask what I could do if I had not received my refund. He ended up raising his voice speaking over me, I politely said that is not how you speak to a customer and he said "your not a customer anymore I don't need to be good to you" without allowing me to even finish my sentence he said I was accusing him of I don't know what. I let him speak his mind and politely said i was not accusing him of anything if he let me finish my sentence he would have heard that I was asking for advise on what I could do which he responded with I don't know im not your bank. Disgusting behavior. It does not matter if I am a customer or not, you do not speak to anyone by yelling at them. If I could I wouldn't even give a 1 star. This is the worst limo service I have ever experienced. The driver what rude to me when he could not find me. When I complained I would be late for my flight he then told me "you won't miss your f@$&ing flight lady". I found him rude, aggressive and intimidating. When I complained to company they said they would forward any social media posts I make to their attorneys! I suspect that was an attempt to intimidate me. I will never use this service again. Ever! Great service and Bridget was a great chauffeur the first Limo had an A/C problem that was discovered before the kids piled in to leave, so Bridget summoned another car and it arrived quickly while we were still taking pictures. We had a really bad experience with this group. First the driver was late by 10 minutes picking my wife up from the airport but what happened next is pretty incredible. We paid up front for the car (over $140.00) for a 14 minute drive from airport to hotel. The credit card was charged two days prior to the pick up (which we understood and agreed to). It went through our credit card company no problem and essentially we are now "pre-paid" customers. Upon dropping my wife off at the hotel the driver told her that it was the owners policy that the customer show proof of ID with the credit card they used for payment upon reservations, and their driver's license. This ID was provided for the driver and before my wife knew it the driver took out her phone and took a picture of the front of those cards. My wife asked the driver why she did that and the driver said "our boss makes us do this". We called the company and talked to the owner later in the evening to ask why this was the policy and how uncomfortable we are with this procedure. As business owners, we didn't understand the need for this and the owner proceeded to tell us "People have backed out on paying me so I keep their information so I can get back at them if I need to". We sat there stunned. When we then said this was unacceptable and that we had never experienced this before the owner became irate and began yelling and screaming, essentially throwing a fit. The owner also has heavy accent so when he was yelling we couldn't understand him. The process of taking pictures of sensitive information on a cell phone made us uncomfortable however the conversation with the owner and his attitude made us extremely concerned. Following that call we contacted our bank and have cancelled that credit card and are now working with putting a hold on any and all new accounts that can be opened in our names due to this issue. To say we are dissatisfied is an understatement and we are reporting him and his company to every business ethics outlet possible within the next 24 hours. Do not DO NOT USE THIS CAR SERVICE. We had a bad experience with this company: 1) they change our Limo from what we ordered. Never asked just show up. 2) Try to shorten our rental time from 8 hours and 2 hours drive time to 6 hours. 3) Did not have all the address to the place he was taking the young adults. 4) Was caught by one of the young adults taking selfies while driving. I haven't ever booked a limo before, and I must say that I had a far better experience than I was expecting. Timmy was always there to help me from the first time I called (around 10pm & he still answered the phone) to the time my group was dropped off. We rented an 18 passenger hummer limo for prom but had people leave the group, so we wanted to downsize last minute to a 10 passenger lincoln stretch. Timmy was able to help us through this, even though it all happened just 5 days before the event. In fact, the day of the prom, we were expecting the lincoln to pick us up but received the hummer for the whole night at no extra cost. Not to mention that the limo was clean and fully stocked with waters, cups/glasses, and napkins for us. There was even a bluetooth connection so we could connect our phones to the audio system. My group had a fantastic time thanks to Able, and I most certainly will look to them again for all my limousine needs! read more

You better be careful. The owner of this company is dishonest and rude. I would never want to book with this company as he is incredibly rude and dishonest. He assured us that we could change the amount of tine that we would use the limo for a certain night. After making our deposit, we called to adjust the time from 7 to 5 hours. All limo companies allow this and he had specifically told us that we could adjust the time once we had final plans. He was rude and verbally abusive and has refused to refund the deposit. I would never use this company and could never recommend them. There are way too many high class limousine company in Dallas to mess with an unprofessional company like this one. read more

The owner refused to return our car seats that were left in the trunk of the limo, unless we gave him a "tip" (in addition to what he had already received in payment). He was verbally abusive and yelled at me, saying it was all my fault. I had to go to the company site itself to retrieve the car seats. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Don't EVER use this limo service. They are a rip off. I went there in person to check out their fleet and was impressed with what I saw however their delivery of service was dispicable. I reserved the 2014 Escalade and on the morning of the event we called to confirm and according to the owner the tire had bubbles in it. He said that NTB didn't have any tires he could get to replace the "bubbled" tire. We agreed on substituting the escalade for the hummer. When the hummer arrived it was dirty and it was easy to tell that it wasn't cleaned before it was sent over. The driver was poorly dressed and wearing a dirty shirt. We had to go along with this because it all happened at the moment that this surprise event needed to take place. Shortly after my guests left they called back to say that the limo felt like 90 degrees in the back. I called the owner and his excuse was that the limo gets hot when it's hot outside. This is rediculous. I know it's Texas and it gets hot but isn't that what A.C's are for? Then he says because the limo stopped and dropped off a passenger then that's why it was hot. This is a limo service I would never recommend to anyone. Stay far. You will be moved by their fleet because it looks good but you will be ripped off. Services are poor. He refuses to discount the cost for all the troubles we experienced. An event that was intended to be a great event for a family turned out to be a disaster for them and an embarassment for me. I cannot say it enough STAY FAR! I would certainly give 0 star but it's not possible. read more

VERY unreliable. My daughter has been stranded TWICE on scheduled airport pickups by these guys. After the first error, I waited 2 months and gave them a second chance. Driver was on time.
