He helped us dig into the frozen ground to thaw the pipe. We hit a snag when he realized the pipe had a fork - and was creative, thoughtful - and hearty - enough to dig into the ground in another spot to get to the offending ice. Meanwhile the temperature was minus 10 with the wind chill. We are so pleased and thankful to Doyon for sticking with this problem and fixing it!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DANGEROUS COMPANY. I paid 275 dollars for a furnace cleaning in November. I…read morethought I was good. I trusted this company after a pretty good installation of a hot water heater. I try to stay away from furnace repair as I don't want to risk messing with it. I assume everything's good. Fast forward to one of the coldest nights of the year. No heat. I get a furnace tech out to check out what's wrong... 1. The filter was old and had never been changed. 2. There's a dime drilled to the surface of the furnace with wires running off it. Not their fault, but a heads up something was wrong would have been nice. 3. There was a level of soot that could not have been accumulated from November-January. Months and months worth falling from the flue to the floor behind the unit. Again, if they couldn't handle it, THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME, AND I WOULD HAVE PAID SOMEONE TO CLEAN IT. The furnace repair tech said it looked like no cleaning had ever taken place. My house was in danger of catching fire because I trusted a company to clean my furnace, and instead someone came downstairs and did...nothing? For an hour. They put my house in danger. I am livid.
