Horrible. They did a half job on my septic pump and it backed up. I had to have an HONEST company come and fix it. They called me to "resolve" the issue only to scream that they did so the job when I have proof they didn't. Please please avoid this company at ALL COSTS. read more

Able septic did my inspection when I moved into my house and didn't actually inspect my septic leach field, although they said they did. After having issues for years I pulled the permits and found that the leach field they inspected is not my active leach field. When I called and told them this the woman on the phone claimed they didn't have the permit. The permit was from 2015 and the inspection done in 2020, so I asked how they didn't have it. She simply said they didn't have it and kept saying they did the inspection even though they didn't do their due diligence and inspect the new septic field. Love these guys! I have an old, weird septic tank from the 50s and they're the only ones I trust to come service it. Cody and Anthony came out, they are quick and know what they are doing. They checked out another issue I had while they were here and gave me advice on how to fix it on my own, and took the time to answer questions I had about my drain field. The receptionist is great, she even got the crew here a couple of days earlier than originally scheduled when I had a septic emergency. Yesterday we had this company come out to clean out our septic tank. The younger man came out with a bad attitude and made it clear that he wanted to finish his next (and last) job and go home. Our tank is made of plastic, the ground has 2 springs to the right of them, and the ground was already saturated, as pointed out by the older man. They proceeded to empty our tank entirely and our tank has spent the last 24 hours rising out of the ground. They even didn't bolt down our tank lids all the way, multiple bolts were just lying on our tank after they left. We call them to have them correct this to only be told that they will not do that because they somehow believe this isn't their fault. The men that came out entirely failed to inform us this would happen, but made sure to tell their bosses and receptionist this would likely happen so that they could field us and tell us they wouldn't take responsibility, help us pay for damages, or even fix the horrible mistake they made. We didn't have issues with our tank like this before, but we immediately saw issues after they left. We are having to call multiple different companies to come and fix their mistake, all of which are saying it'll be a week minimum before they have an opportunity to come out. That means a week without bathing, flushing our toilets, or even brushing our teeth. It also means a week of worsening property damage, pipe damage, and this horrible smell permeating our home. I would literally give this company negative star reviews if I was able to. read more

Hiring Able Septic was a disaster that cost us over a thousand dollars, and required that we hire a lawyer to cover our damages. Our experience with this company is extremely negative and the company is unresponsive to our problem! This company's representative came out to do the septic inspection at our recently purchased home and told us in writing that the tank was located under a section of our driveway. The inspection could not take place until this section was broken up. We had it removed at our expense, and Able returned. Upon further inspection by Able's representative, the tank turned out to be located some distance away from where the pad was located, so there was no need to tear up the pad. The representative spoke with his superior. His boss told him Able was not liable for any damages. Afterward, we had the pad re-poured at our expense and attempted to contact owner Gary Blankenship twice by phone, leaving detailed messages, to discuss the situation. Two months later, Mr. Blakenship had not returned phone calls or responded to the letter our lawyer had sent him regarding reimbursement. This unapologetic behavior is unconscionable read more

Clinton with Able Septic came out this morning and gave me excellent service! He was fast and thorough. He neatly dug the area around the tank opening and performed the service. I was impressed with the way he cleaned up the area afterwards. Everything was perfect! I definitely will use them again. I am new to septic and frankly, was not too eager to see what was lurking in there. Able (Daphne?) answered several questions for me before I even purchased the home as Able provided service for the previous owner. She was incredibly helpful. When it came time to arrange service I was asked a few questions that I assume most septic owners know the answer to, the gal who set the appointment was very patient and explained pricing. I was given a 2 hour window and told that I would receive a call with a more precise time the day of the appointment. They called to say the driver would be there earlier if that was okay with me, which it was. Michael showed up, and can I say, he was AMAZING! He was friendly and polite. He remembered the property (it had been 5 years) and since his last visit a new tank and system had been installed. We (and when I say "we", I mean my boyfriend) had dug up the access lids (curious and to save a few bucks) and Michael suggested options for risers so we could access them easier for clean out and to rinse out the filter (I didn't even know there was a filter). Michael was enthusiastic as he explained how the septic system works, it is so nice to see someone who cares about his work. Honestly, a task I had regretted turned into an incredibly pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend Able and Michael to anyone who needs their septic attended to! read more

They came and pumped the tank 2 times in 7 months. The second time my tenant called them, they came out, pumped it again. The guy named Henry told the tenant that it was a temporary fix and the drain field needed attention. The tenant told Henry twice to make sure and tell the owner. Able Septic charged my card the $320 for the service, without getting my permission or telling me I have a more serious problem. 3 weeks later, uninformed I am in the same situation. Gary would take no responsibility for his company not telling me I have a serious problem and the fix was only temporary. They never called me and just charged my card for the service. I called to ask them to pump it for free because they neglected to communicate so I could not fix it and hence it is now again full with no action taken because I did not know. They took no responsibility at all and called my tenant and blamed the tenant. It was so extremely unprofessional. I will never use them again and would tell anyone to steer clear. They do not know the meaning of the words responsible communication. read more
