They are polite, on-time, professional and they do not manipulate customers into more than what they actually need (which can happen if the technician a large plumbing company sends to your house makes his money on commission based on how much he sells to you). Plumbers are not cheap but if you find a good one who stands behind their work and is reliable and competent, keep them in your Contacts. If you own a house, at some point, you will need a plumber.
