Habitat for Humanity ReStore - This is heavy solid metal. It would be awesome on a fence or house. I couldn't pass it up for 20$.

This place has so many things for such affordable prices. Some of the items are brand new and even with the tag still on and some are more antique used items. The stock of what is available there is so random and can very depending on what they receive but they generally offer a selection of couches, tables, chairs, rugs, bookshelf's, and appliances. However, the best deal there are the lightbulbs. 4 bulbs for 99 ¢. Unbeatable.

There's a good variety of used and new items, along with various categories of goods.... big and small. Pricing varies as well, but you can bet your paying less than retail price. Some of the basics: sofas, artwork, rugs, paint, bedframes, lightbulbs, patio furniture, Some of the interesting: church pew, chandeliers, fancy stoves, building material (flooring, fixtures, cabinets) Some of the little things: command strips, paper towel holder, bath mat, frames There's so much, and you never know what you'll find during your visit so check it out. I will say, staff didn't seem warm and friendly (ie a smile, or offer to help), but at the same no one was directly rude. I gather if you ask for help, they'd assist. I noticed by the bed frames, a sign that said they have tools to disassemble, but you had to do it yourself, which is still helpful since some places wouldn't even offer that.

Habitat for Humanity ReStore - This mirror caught my eye...sorry about things around it, just had ceiling painted. It's newer and in perfect shape.

Schneiderman's Furniture - Inappropriately large delivery vehicle coming up my drive and tearing off a branch of our mature maple tree.

After some intense cajoling, manager relented and included the product from the floor. Delivery was a disaster. Massive truck barreled up our driveway and tore a limb off our mature maple tree.

Beautiful showrooms, great UNTIL they have your money. A Stressless chair we bought from them, with…read morethe extended "ExtraCare" warranty they hyped, developed a mechanical problem after about 20 months. Schneiderman's "Customer Care" advocated they we use the ExtraCare warranty first as it is supposedly more comprehensive, but "structural / mechanical issues" aren't covered by the extended warranty -- which we believe Schneidman's "Customer Care" should have known -- so we had to push Schneiderman's to apply the manufacturer's warranty which doesn't cover anything other than parts as it turns out. Just to get Schneiderman's to look at it required a $55 deposit. With various delays threading the service process it literally took a month to get the chair fixed but we are thankful because at least the Schneiderman's repair tech actually fixed it quickly and professionally. Recommendations: believe other reviewers who warn that Schneiderman's won't stand behind what it sells, don't shop here unless you have no other option; definitely don't buy an add-on warranty no matter what the salespeople promise, it's going to be expensive garbage.
