It shares a parking with the store called groovy garden. The groovy garden has apartments on top of it and there are parking spots labeled for each apartment. Sherwin-Williams parking spots on their own so that way you do get a spot if it is not filled.

Our first kitchen set was from them and I was short two chairs from the set I bought for a moving in party. David and his Dad went upstate to get me the two chairs so I would have them in time. I remember saying wow what great and I have never for got what they did for me. That was 22 years ago. My second set I bought from them had chairs and after a few years needed to be redone and David advised us to restuff the chairs and recover them. They came back looking like brand new. Was very happy. Unfortunately just under 2 years the leather on the seats started to crack and I called David and he said to bring in the chair. After seeing the chair David honored redoing them and recommended restuffing them so they would come out right. Since we had a problem as always price wise he did right by us and backed his product and they came out beautiful. I believe most other stores would not of helped us after that time period and turned us away. I would highly recommend David and Dinette and Lighting to anyone. They stand for the word customer service. They also have beautiful furniture, fixtures and Tables. David is kind, honest and caring and there work is beautiful. You would not be disappointed at all. I ended up not going with tile here as the dye lots were all different and it made me very nervous. I did, however, buy their line of LVP, NuCore in Gunstock oak and I cannot wait for my contractor to put it in my laundry floor and eventually my basement. Seems to have a strong living system and is so beautiful. My warning if you are to get tile is to inspect all before you bring home. Just seeing the variance of the shades in the dye lots scared me enough to not move forward with the tile. LVP isn't so bad as wood naturally has different shades and it's meant to look that way. 4 stars for excellent customer service and clean store. Also, I am excited to use my LVP Pro tip: go on their website and use their AI tool before going to the store. We did that the second time around and it wasn't as overwhelming. The prices here are really excellent compared to other tile places but I think due to the dye lot differences. LVP seemed like a great value

They do not answer, and will NOT work with you once they have your money. And if you want your remnant pieces to use for anything else (the left over pieces from the slabs you already bought) - you will upcharged like crazy. I know there is a cost to fabrication but I was able to get the pieces I wanter fabricated from a remnant at another stone place (Meta stone - amazing!!) for ONE THIRD the price that this place wanted to charge me for using remnants from the stone I already paid for!! The designer did a beautiful job (but she is no longer there). We had a large renovation done that…read moreincluded the kitchen, dining room and LVP flooring. While we had no issues during the process, shortly after the floor was sinking in multiple places. The contractor returned and placed a saddle in one area. Saddles were included in my contract (two separate contracts one for materials and one for labor), so we had paid for both even though they initially didn't use saddles. There was no refund given for the unused materials and work that was never done. They returned again to "lift" the kitchen subfloor. At this point they had to remove the new LVP, so they used our warranty to replace the flooring. The floor continues to sink in multiple areas. They suggested placing multiple saddles throughout my floor. They claimed the floor manufacturer said I needed them, so I don't know why I wasn't told or why it wasn't done during the initial installation. I asked when they open the floor and see the subfloor is unlevel would they do the honorable thing and return my money to me so I can have my floor repaired. I was told the subfloor is level and we are no longer discussing it. They hold no accountability. On top of all of this, they have photos of my home including personal information of where we live, personal details of our family and refuse to take it down. What customer ever wants this!? They have now blocked me on social media, and fail to communicate responsibly. All I would like is the money returned to me for the flooring that is now garbage because they have to take it apart to level underneath, the money paid to do the work that wasn't done correctly, reimbursement for what was paid out but never used. This is a major inconvenience to have to go through construction again. This has been dragged out too long, own up to your mistakes and Do the right thing. be warned and stay far away from this company.
