Great coffee! I bought some to bring home and brew. It's really good and mellow. I got the Honduran blend. The service was exceptional and the decor was very nice and inviting. I will be back

    Small interior but super cute!

A tiny cafe with the sweetest staff and some of the most delicious drinks I've ever had! They were so busy when we first arrived and I was amazed how quickly the line went. There are only a handful of tables but after just a few minutes of waiting one cleared and we were able to enjoy our coffee in the cute dine in area. I highly recommend the ReSipsa Lawquitur (banana latte) and taking a look around at the cute goodies they sell too! Free street parking is available.

Coffee shop/slash law firm! What a combo! The place was very busy on a Saturday early afternoon but the staff crushed it! Not too many seats available inside but we only had to wait a few minutes for a table open up! I got the February special Law've You which was made with Olive Oil and it was quite good!

It was so nice coming here for the first time! I've always driven by it and this time I decided it was time. It's a small charming coffee shop and I love that I can see products of my culture represented in the small store they have. They add a good amount of chairs and tables. I went with an iced coffee drink that had some banana taste to it and it was delicious! I also decided to get this pastry that had spinach and cheese and it was just so good! Customer service was fantastic and he helped me decided on a drink. Over all I loved this place and can see myself coming here a lot more often. They do have a small parking lot for like 3-4 cars otherwise because it's tucked in a neighborhood street parking is easy as well.

The Fearless Lawtte was as delicious as promised with a lovely, spicy kick. Beautiful space where I wanted to sit for awhile, but needed to take my drinks to go. Prompt, friendly service with helpful menu guidance and recommendations. Coffee blends for purchase as well to take the taste home. Highly recommended--I will be back!

As other Yelpers state this a charming place located in an area short of good coffee. They have a menu of drinks with clever names. The two staff members were friendly and informative. They are open limited hours, closing by 1:00 p.m. everyday. I was looking for food and there was one pastry left. There are no kitchen facilities so they can't prepare dishes or do baking. I was told they're food is made elsewhere and they could warm the items. Needing something to go with my brewed I saw a box of Alfajores which is Caramel Cookies. A box of four scrumptious cookies with creamy insides. Beware these cookies I thought were grossly overpriced. The simple brewed is a cross of a medium to dark roast and was satisfying. The 16 oz brew is the most I've paid anywhere, topping $5 for the first time. Others will probably soon catch up on the price.

This is one charming neighborhood cafe! You'll find it right where Como and North End meet, in a quiet residential area a few blocks north of that dicey Dale/Front/Como intersection. There's always plenty of street parking available, but they do appear to have a couple of off-street spaces. The cafe is owned by the same folks who own the adjoining law firm, and thanks to that there are a lot of playful legal puns on the menu like the "Fearless Lawtte", the "Motion Granted", and my favorite, the banana-milky "ReSipsa Lawquitur". This is also a Latina-owned business, and you can expect that to inform many of their recipes. Most recently I had a holiday-themed drink with a Mexican-style dash of pepper, and it had the absolute perfect amount of pepper to balance the other tasty ingredients. They have a pastry cabinet which depletes throughout the day, but if you're there early enough you can try one of their very satisfying danishes, croissants, etc. They also have coffee beans and other market items available. The service is extremely friendly and the decor is dainty and thoughtful. And although I usually enjoy the dine-in experience, when I get my coffee to go it comes in a fully-compostable cup and lid, which I appreciate. It's just a really pleasant cafe all around and I am positive that you will love it.

One of my good friends is the pickiest coffee drinker I've ever met, and I brought her here when she was in town several months ago and she still talks about it. It's phenomenal coffee, a beautiful space, and a lot of really fun rotating menu items

It's a small but charming and cozy neighborhood coffee place. The interior is inviting and very cute with tile flooring, mural on the wall. I tried Coconspirators (cold) and Lawtee (hot). Both have unique taste which is great. Combined with some sweet and savory pastry......a sweet experience that surely need to be repeated.

Abogados is a great coffee shop experience! They specialize in Latin American coffee beans and coffee preparation. The owners and staff are knowledgeable and friendly! A real neighborhood gem.

This cafe is a work of art. I enjoyed my "Motion Granted" warm drink and worked for a bit. I ordered a pastry but it was not so good (they cannot warm up food, wish I had known before buying). Learning the history of the cafe was touching - I had a nice interaction with Init (one of the owners). The owners law offices are located upstairs of the cafe. Later that same day I mentioned the spot to a friend and he told me he painted the mural inside the location . Love to see Latines thriving .

The drinks: I got an iced grandmas house with oat milk! There is no up charge for oatmilk! My wallet and stomach appreciated that! The flavor was really good! Unfortunately even with the remake, there seemed to be something off about my boyfriend's drink... I asked for them to take the vanilla out, thinking maybe be it was the syrup. It was probably overly agitating for the cats and it made me wonder if they have sufficient hiding places to get away from pokey people. I don't know how common this is, but you do have to pay to access the cat room. I paid $3.50 for 15 minutes, and I think that was kind of a "happy hour" rate, which I thought was fine. I personally wouldn't want to spend more time than that in there unless it were quieter than that lunch rush, and maybe a bit less litter-stinky. But I did get their signature coffee drink, also called The Cafe Meow, and an average muffin. I really liked that coffee and would get it again for sure; the large was $6.75 which is cheaper than average these days. There is plenty of seating outside the cat room with lots of cute decor, and even some windows into that cat room so you can spot the cuties. You should absolutely consider coming here even if you aren't ponying up for the cat room.

We will definitely return when we have more time!

Don't try to order anything from here online, because I don't think they accept online orders. We came because it's one of only 8 places in the Twin Cities where you can get foule (sometimes spelled "ful" and sometimes augmented with the word "medames"), a fava bean dish served with baguette. The foule ($10.50) can be made vegan if you omit the sour cream. Make sure to ask questions because the menu doesn't state any of the ingredients. This dish tasted good, albeit akin to refried beans with toasty baguette. That said, I liked it. The miser wat ($12) and ater kik ($12) are both vegan by default and tasted good. They were light, fresh and understated, but somehow still didn't wow me. But I liked them, don't get me wrong. We also had an Americano ($3) which was strong and tasty. I like Snelling Cafe. It's a throwback to the pre-internet era and a solid spot for Ethiopian food. I would rank it near the top, along with Agelgil in St. Paul and Katar River in Minneapolis. Fasika and Bole, in my opinion, have both declined in quality and are overrated.
