The office staff is almost impossible to reach. When it comes to billing and insurance authorizations, unless you are willing to call daily and communicate with your insurance yourself, they will take WEEKS for authorization requests to be sent. This happened every time my child's evaluation was due. Which we never had this issue before kids spot bought out our old office. After getting a phone call the day before my child's appointment saying her speech therapist "just quit", which I doubt because we had been seeing her for almost 4 years, we decided to finally leave. They're a big corporate company and it definitely shows.

Every speech therapist and OT as well as Grace M for food therapy have been nothing but professional and personable. Sarah, Patrick, Caylee, Dr. Kaleigh, Angie, Krista, Tara, Grace M, Victoria, have been really good with my children, my children feel comfortable with any of them and that to me speaks volumes. I will not fail to mention the BEST receptionist... all 3 of them! Estel, Tiffany, and Vanessa. They definitely set the energy there and I love them oh and Kim the owner!
