It felt a little awkward and unstable trying to do both at the same time, and I would have preferred to finish one service before starting the next. She completes my polish and instructs me to the Mani seat while she disappears to the back. I carry my purse, water , shoes and fumble to pull out my seat. Kim completes my Gel Manicure with a drop of lotion which she dry rubs only to my hands. Kim disappears again and I attempt to get more lotion for my hands & forearms but the dispenser was completely Empty..when she returns I ask for lotion and she hands me a dispenser from another station and walks away to get hot towels. I was done with both "services" at 11:05 am but I had to ask to stay so my toes could dry. it was NOT acceptable "service"
