I received a gift certificate to About Face by Erica. My intention was to use the certificate, enjoy the treatment but I had no plans to rebook. At least not for a while. When I arrived I was greeted by a very up beat woman who was also very professional. She took me into a room with soft lighting, soothing music, and the room was filled with a scent that made you relax. Erica started with a facial which you could tell was going to be very cleansing. THEN she proceeded with a relaxing light message. The entire process was almost two hours long. I loved it. My one time appointment turned into re-booking. The only bad thing about the two hours was that I was so relaxed that I went home and could do nothing but melt into my sofa and project to my next appointment. If I had the time to go to Erica every week, I would. I have had facials at quite a few places. I always enjoy them, but have never felt the level of care that Erica puts into her treatments.
