It is in the basement of the owner's home. There isn't any privacy. (My stuff was in the bathroom, and a man from the 'waiting room' was walking around the tank and using the bathroom -- could clearly hear him urinating even with ear plugs.) It wasn't completely dark nor completely quiet... so, I was a bit bummed about the distraction waking me from my time. I asked the kind attendant to have the owner call me so we could discuss the issue, and she never called me. In the shower I heard a dog barking (don't know if it was from upstairs or from the neighbor's next door)... So, it is a no frills, no privacy establishment... if that's your gig, that's fine, however if you expect privacy, then I suggest a different venue.
