It took the girl 2 tries to do it the first time it was horribly bumpy and uneven and the second time was only slightly better. I moved out of Westboro and had given up entirely on good customer service at a nail salon. Since it's still only 15 minutes from my house I booked on a fluke one Saturday for myself and my nieces. The customer service was amazing. Tina was so great with the kids. Tommy is unbelievable so I will keep coming back for that customer service alone. I am a stickler for being seen on time when I make an appointment and I've been early and they still accommodated even if I didn't expect it. I watched a lot of customers come in and out with different requests, some unreasonable in my opinion...and they just greeted everything with the same pleasantness and patience. I'm giving them three stars because the young lady that worked on my nails was wonderful. She was patient, gentle, and thorough. The establishment is also very clean. However, I got my nails done Thursday afternoon and it is now Monday. One of my gel acrylics has already chipped. I paid $50 for a gel fill, which I don't mind. What I DO mind is paying $50 and having it get damaged less than a week later from nothing more than opening an envelope. Will be calling to see if they'll repair it. read more

Amazing salon! I randomly googled nail salons in Westborough and picked this place on a wim for a basic pedicure. Super friendly and they took me right away (walk in). Huge color selection from different brands. Everything was clean too. Fantastic pedicure, and she even gave me a shoulder massage while my toes dried. I've never been here before this but a friend in westboro recommended it to me after my acrylic nail had ripped my natural nail and i needed a repair quick nearby. Deluxe, being less than a few minutes from downtown was perfect option, and looking at some facebook reviews, i saw how much others liked some of the nail techs here. so i give it a shot and call around 11 am on a thursday, and they were able to take me at 12:30. i was looking through the colors and mentioned to my nail artist that i was looking at different shades of purple, and she brought me an entire extra two books worth of organized color coded paint swatches, which she patiently let me look at while reshaping my nails. i had two broken nails and she was very gentle with the natural nail i had broken on my right index finger. after i picked the holographic color, i was noticing how wonderful and meticulous she was at shaping my nails and so i ask for her name; Anna. after she shaped them perfectly, she applied the glitter chunks with great care an intention so they were even and aesthetically appealing. she then went a step further to ask if i wanted more sparkle with another light glitter gel top coat, which i couldn't refuse. look at that sparkle! :) Thank you Anna! i will definitely be coming back to visit and recommending to friends! read more

I have been to a lot of salon over the past few years for pedicures and have never found one that I really liked. Deluxe Nails & Spa is fantastic. The salon has a welcoming and quiet atmosphere and the staff are more than accommodating. I don't think I have ever had to wait to be seen. Even on a busy day, the staff is prompt to greet you. They puts forth a lot of time and care into your treatment. I have never had a bad experience in the 10+ times I have visited. I never write reviews but I had to share my experience. I was excited to check out Deluxe Nails & Spas because it got great reviews on Yelp and it is right on my way home from work. It is beautiful inside, clean, and doesn't have that awful chemical nail salon smell. But, after my experience today I will not be back. I had a regular pedicure and gel manicure and I was butchered! The nail tech who did my pedicure rubbed the skin off my big toe while exfoliating. Normally, I would just chalk it up as an accident and move on, but then a different nail tech who did my manicure cut a huge chunk out of my cuticle. It bled for like 20 minutes. And, to top it off the manicure kind of sucks, it is all bubbly. I think I'll stick to Creative Nails in Shrewsbury. read more

I was really looking forward to trying this salon as it has such great reviews. Unfortunately, I was sorely disappointed and am absolutely appalled at the lack of concern for client satisfaction. I went on a Saturday and it was empty. I got a full set of coffin shaped acrylics with gel polish. To start, my nails ARE NOT coffin shaped! Maybe half of them are. The rest are filed square. It's ugly. They are SUPER thick, lumpy, no apex, and some of them are thicker at the tips than the bed. They are so thick that they are clearly above my cuticle. Some of them are filed crooked, and my pinky nail was placed crooked. They also could not do holo chrome and refused to add gems. In retrospect I should have refused to pay and either made them remove the nails or fix them, but I am a very quiet and anxious person, so I paid - SIXTY DOLLARS - and left. I called a day after and explained that I am very disappointed and would like a refund. They told me the owner was not there, said they took down my name and number, and that the owner would call me, but I haven't heard anything. My nails started lifting after less than a week, which should NEVER happen. I had to go to another technician to have them fixed. Honestly I am furious at this point and would absolutely never recommend this salon. read more

I live 30 minutes away, but will not hesitate to make the drive next time I need my nails done! Stopped in this morning for a quick pedicure before vacation. I happened to be in the same plaza, knew nothing about this place, really didn't have any expectations - as long as my toes had some polish on them, I would have been happy. From the second I walked in, I was impressed. The staff was welcoming and fun. The salon was bright and clean. They had a lot of pedicure chairs - would be a great place for a group. TONS of traditional polishes and as well as gels to choose from. This was one of the best pedicure experiences I have had. The nail tech was SO thorough and particular. My feet look and feel great! TINA CANT NOT DO PEDICURES AND THEIR PROMOTIONS ARE FULL OF SHIT! It was my first time to go there and I thought I was going to have a great experience but it was nothing but a waste of time, firstly they had my feet soaking is warm water which turned cold for almost 1 hour because the 4 nail technicians were occupied . But they should have never even made me sit in the chair if no one was going to be ready for me, so finally someone comes and I got a deluxe pedicure which the promotion was $28 because that's what he told me, but when it came time to pay he said no, and showed the pamphlet with original prices like I didn't already see that, the only reason I did deluxe is because he said it was the promotion. the price wasn't even the problem the main problem was TINA kept cutting my nails rather the cleaning my cuticles or she would pinch off my skin. Then the worst part was the painting, it looked like a 2 year old I literally walked out of my chair and went to BEAUTY ZONE WESTBOROUGH- jimmy hooked it up and even did my full set which is awesome. I needed to find a new place for nails and pedicures and was very glad I picked here! This place is very clean which made me happy right off the bat. I received my pedicure first and I picked the spa pedicure and it was absolutely the best pedi I have had in years! They offered me a drink and I was in heaven. They used creams and hot towels, and even used hot stones. They took their time and did not rush. I was very impressed! After I got a gel manicure and it was done perfectly! Great place. Very clean and wonderful staff. I'm handicapped and on crutches and never have to ask for help - they open the door, pull my chair up, hang my coat and bring water to me so I don't have to get up to wash my hands. It doesn't matter who is working they all are wonderful. They do a fantastic job and take their time. My nails always come out great. Regarding the review that mentioned their gel manicure chipped in a few days I think it has more to do with the brand then the store. I find the OPI chips and doesn't last as long so I usually ask for the other brand they have. OPI has the best colors but every time I breakdown and try it again it happens. But they always fix it for free. So I'd recommend opting for the other brand if it happens to you. read more

This little place is awesome! It's not super fancy but the staff is great! I came in bc I was passing by and my gel mani had chipped @ 6:30 pm when it closes at 7. They happily took me. It took a long time for my previous gel to soak off and they were really patient with it and scraped very carefully so as to not harm my nail. I've been other places where they are so impatient they destroy my nail trying to get the gel off. They did a beautiful job with my manicure and even offered me a neck massage after they were done and it was 30 mins after closing time. I will be back here for sure! Great prices too! read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I came in for a mani and pedi. I waited 45 min along with someone else with my feet in a bucket of cold water until someone could start services. I was told it was going to be a 15 minute wait and I sat there not knowing what was going on. After 45 minutes they told me they wanted to do my mani at the same time (not relaxing at all). I had someone rush through a filing job and left every nail uneven. I then asked for a file to fix what they had done and the lady said I wasn't allowed to file my own nails. I grabbed a file out of my purse and tried to even my nails out. To fix what they had done my nails became too short. Not even 24 hours later I have 2 chips in my gel mani and specs of who knows what in the nail polish on my nails. My cuticles were not attended to and I also have gel peeling off my skin. I called today to ask for them to fix it or to give me money back. They said the owner would call me in an hour ... 4 hours later I called and the lay said she was giving me some money back and not all of it. Asked for my card number over the phone. She also said she will not fix my nails and hung up on me. I continued to call back and she will not help me. I now know not to try out a different place and just stick with BEAUTY ZONE. I love this place! I feel like they provide better service (offer you a drink, better massages, more attention to detail, etc.) when the store isn't so busy so I suggest going during their off hours. Some manicurists are better than others, but you kinda have to try them for yourself to see who you like best. After one week my nails are all chipped and broken. The acrylic is significantly too thin. There was only one person at the salon when I went that could do nails. Excellent! I'm very picky about how my nails are done. Deluxe Nails is now the only place I will go from now on. I've received a gel manicure from Lee and Courtney and a pedicure from Hahn. Each time my nails were done beautifully. A complimentary neck massage has been provided each time. The atmosphere is relaxing and friendly and the facility is very clean. Worst pedicure I ever got. The technician was sick and kept rubbing her nose with her hands and the touching me. The place was dirty and there there a little dog running around which is not appropriate for customers that have allergies. The polish does not even cover all my toes.
