I stopped using the facility because I contacted Covid, my family all contacted Covid and ended up on their deathbed but luckily I was able to pull them through and the only person to help them get through it and at the same time suffering from Covid also, explaining this to the owners after receiving a multitude of phone calls emails and harassment 4 to 5 times a day and not having one phone call return from the owner, the owner explained to me I was talking to the wrong person how do I know I am talking to the wrong person unless somebody tells me that? I ended up sending all the emails with the correspondence to the owner and she said that is not where you need to be sending emails that is the billing and the collection department? Isn't this a small mom and pop establishment as it was told to me that there was no contracts and also very understanding because it is a small business towards their customers and that they would treat them differently then the large companies. I decided to write this because I received an email stating that she would like to see a positive Covid test if available, what the hell does she think I'm lying? Good business tactics, for $150 she asking me To put my tail between my legs and show her a Covid test, don't believe me, what kind of world do we live in?
