Communication before the job was very good and the quote was in line with the price. I'm very pleased with the work. This was not your average gutter and roof cleaning project. There were layers of pine needles on the roof and in the gutters. The gutters are a weird design and built into the eaves. He had to work from underneath and from the house side to get to them. The downspouts were completely clogged with pine needles. He had an amazing array of tools and hoses that made the job possible. It had not been cleaned in decades. They were weeds growing out of the top of the gutters and onto the roof - the layering of pine needles was so heavy. Alex pulled them out and even they had Roots that extended down into the downspouts. Again, I couldn't be more happy.

I noticed them smoking cigarettes while working which I thought was strange. During a break is fine but maybe not while working. I didn't mind too much but what upset me was finding cigarette butts on the lawn. The staff did not respect the home and did not thoroughly clean up after themselves. Weeks later and I was still finding pieces of plastic, cigarette butts, and nails in my yard. Jorge went out of his way to return the next morning to clean up trash left behind and he was very apologetic. Besides the issues I had, this company does quality roofing work, offers fair pricing, and you can tell Jorge really enjoys his work and is very knowledgeable about it. Despite my experience, I would still recommend this company for your roofing needs. Update (July '25): The work was completed months ago and I'm still finding nails in my backyard which is really dangerous because I have pets and they could easily swallow them. He was able to get tough stains out on a patio that had not been cleaned for probably 15+ years. I had bought a power washer from BestBuy and tried to do it myself, but it took me an entire Saturday to literally do a quarter of what he did in almost four hours. Fito/KC Power Clean uses steam, some light chemicals (or you can say no) and industrial power wash equipment. I was also very impressed by how he cleaned the dirt splatter off the walls, and did an excellent job. My driveway and patio looked brand new!
