Sean was very friendly and courteous - he called ahead to see if I could accept an early arrival, and he finished the work just before his original arrival window was set to start, which made it easier for me to keep to my work call schedule. He did an inspection, talked me through what was needed and why, and taught me how to maintain the hinges and spring myself going forward. When I commented offhand that I ought to sweep out the garage, he offered to use his leaf blower to do it for me, and made sure to do it at the end before he left. I felt respected and not at all pressured or upsold, and I felt very confident having this gentleman working in my home.

We agreed on a meeting time and then he called back to let me know he could meet me sooner which was great! We agreed on the price ( which I thought was very reasonable) and set up a time to do the work. I let him know I was in the process of having to go through some medical tests and the sooner I could have the work done the better. Although he was busy he said he would see what he could do. His men came two days later, Great!! I spent most of the day observing the process and even had them remove an additional tree. They were more than happy to do so.
