I had three drains that needed fixing. One of the drains had a rusted part. The gentlemen who worked on replacing the part had difficulty removing the old part and installing the new one. Over the weekend I noticed that my hot water went out, and went out to see that the inlet to my hot water heater was leaking. I shut the valve off, and because I had used them twice before and was very happy with their work, I called A1 Noble Plumbing, and Ben immediately answered and setup an appointment for Monday morning. He was able to come out and found out that the leaking water had flooded my water heater, so he took everything apart to dry it, replaced the broken inlet line, and got it up and running. i had plumbing issues with bathtub and sink my home warranty sent a plumber to unclog it. they only took care of the bathtub and was unable to do the sink. they said I would need a roof vent. home warranty doesn't cover that! After purchasing they came out to install the very next morning[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. As plumber was finishing up installation I indicated my displeasure at the handle being on the left side instead of the right. The plumber, M, informed me, straight faced, that this was the handle had to be installed so that the brand name, Kohler, could be read on the faucet body. A little checkin on the internet showed me this was a blatant lie. Called the owner, one half hour later installation plumber was at the door. I opened the door , plumber, without saying a word, walked thru the front door to the kitchen faucet, crawled under sink to loosen 2 bolts, enabling reversal of the handle. Took about five minute. I called on 12/16/19 and left a voicemail requesting service. I never heard back. I called today 12/17 and immediately got an automated text that said, "please text me." So I texted, hey is this the plumbing service? I never recieved a response so these guys are worthless when it comes to communication. If they are busy, all they have to do is call back and say so. These guys scheduled to come out the next morning after I called late in the day. Matt was great. My toilet water supply line was leaking. He replaced the supply line & I chose to have him also replace the angle stop (toilet water shutoff) for an extra $20. He stayed a few minutes talking to me about another plumbing issue. Immediately after he left I realized the toilet was running continuously inside the tank. (We thought it was ok when he left.). I called them back & Matt came straight back & fixed the running toilet (caused by the fill valve getting clogged with sediment when we turned the main water back on). Two day before Christmas my pilot light went out, which meant we had no hot water (Brrrrrrr) At 7:30 pm, I sent 5 messages through Yelp to several heating companies. Ben from A1 Noble Plumbing was the first to respond. After a quick synopsis of the issue that I was having he advised me, that he could fix it and would be there within a couple of hours. He had another job in Madera to attend to and would let me know when he was 20 minutes out. Sure as day, Ben sent me a text message letting me know that he was on the way and my problems would be resolved tonight. Upon arrival Ben immediately went to the water heater and examine the mess that I tried to fix. Within minutes he unhooked the thermocouple, gas line and pilot hose. What he did in 5 minutes took me 20 minutes, lol. He let me know that the Universal Thermocouple I purchased was positioned wrongly and that the igniter was positioned in the wrong too. He positioned both in the correct direction and put the unit back together. His price was very reasonable and very pleased with his services. I'm not one to leave bad reviews... But I am very disappointed with their service.... Without even coming out and looking at my toilet, it was recommended that I spend $400 to replace the toilet (not including labor). That was after two days (with waste sitting the the toilet, yuck). On day three I contacted I contacted another plumber that was able to come out within an hour. They were able to fix my toilet within 45 minutes. I don't recommend this business. read more

I started working on a Do-It-Yourself project at home, trying to replace the valves in two showers. They were Moen Posi-temp shower valves. Pulled up a youtube video and followed right up to the part where i was pulling out the valves. Had all the right tools, even the Moen recommended puller, but to no avail.
