The staff was very friendly and upfront with any issues little ones may end up experiencing. It was nice to get a daily report of my child's eating and potty habits. The ability to pay on your own is awesome. This allows the staff more focus on the little ones. There is one lady who has been working there for years, and was great to talk to and even better with my 2 year old. With the misses working, being able to pick up my kid from daycare and appreciating the focused staff working with me as I figured out how it all works was awesome. It was a shame we ended up moving from the location, but we will continue to recommend this location to anyone moving to then area. Side note: They seem to have plans for a brand new upgraded facility. I hope someone out there gets to see it and write about it!

Jolly bee childcare NEVER CALLED TO NOTIFY me about what happened. Instead they waited until my husband went to pick up my son and only informed him about the obvious scratches on his cheek. Now I understand kids can be kids but what am I doing paying $165 a week for my son to come home marked up? I called jolly bee the next day to unenroll my son and the lady who I spoke with was so rude and told me "okay I will just bill you in advance" before she hung up on me before I can get a word in. RUN from this place if you want childcare providers who actually care about your little ones and not just about the money you pay them. . ALSO I would like to add that they would go through my sons diapers supplies like as if was water! My son didn't even go through a box in a month. What makes this unacceptable is that the gym continues to collect mandatory maintenance and equipment dues from members, yet refuses to invest in even basic industrial fans to ensure a safe environment. Working out under these conditions is a health hazard, and management's refusal to address it shows a complete lack of care for member safety and satisfaction.

Non English speaking teachers teaching toddlers to learn and speak and socialize are not able to teach children in English. Bilingual learning would be great, but only Spanish speaking teachers to talk to kids who are learning English is confusing and frustrating to all involved. Would not recommend. There has to be a better daycare in the area.
