I am the Vice President of Property Management for a large management company in the Boston area. My company has used Above the Rest Building Services exclusively since 2008. They are extremely professional, safe, knowledgeable and have been very flexible with our schedule and our needs, which have fluctuated a lot in the past year. Their pricing is significantly cheaper then other companies that we formerly dealt with and they offer a number of services other then window washing that we have used. Last week, we had a leak in one of our underground parking garages that left the concrete stained very badly. After getting the leak repaired, I contacted Above the Rest and spoke with Allison, her and Bill came out that day to take a look at the damage and offer some suggestions about getting the stain out. The next day they had a crew of people here removing the stain from the concrete and pressure washing the entire garage. Needless to say, the garage looks better than new and I am a very happy customer! We were able to reopen the damaged portion of the garage within 24 hours and our tenants were not inconvenienced by this maintenance issue. This is by far the most ridiculous company out there for window washing. I would rather a bum off the streets come into my place of business and wash my windows with a dirty sock than to ever have Above The Rest windows come back. Bill Davis the supivisor of A.T.R. Was beyond rude, yelling and threatening his girlfriend on the phone inside my work place, the work was sloppy and left more of a mess than he actually cleaned, his personal hygiene was horrific, his butt crack was catching more of a breeze on my work floor than I would myself at a beach which might I add was not the prettiest of sites to see everytime seeing him walk by. I was over charged for unprofessionalism and rudeness I'm totally unsatisfied and would not recommend this company to wash my dog house windows I feel bad for anyone who was also a victim of ABOVE THE REST BUILDING SERVICES!!!! read more

I have used Above the Rest Building Services for the window washing at my home for the past six years. They are FANTASTIC! They even came out and cleaned our windows for us yesterday...in the middle of February! My 6 year old has very bad allergies and asthma, I have to keep my home very clean in order for him to be comfortable. Bill and his crew arrive on time every time, with all of the appropriate equipment and complete my home in only a few hours. The best part is that they do not disturb us at all, they are quiet, professional, neat (they wear booties over their shoes inside to not track anything through the house!) and leave the windows in my home sparkling for many months. I liked it very much that from the get-go Above the Rest didn't keep me in the dark about what they do. I was able to get a clear picture of how they could help me right on their website and place my request there too. Pretty soon they called me back and didn't let me off the phone until I managed to specify everything I needed to get done. Made an appointment with Above the Rest Building Services to restore and refinish the metal on our apartment buildings. I wish I would've taken before photos because you wouldn't believe it's the same complex. I didn't realize just how bad the metal on our buildings had become covered in dirt and grime build up. We hired Above the Rest Building Services to pressure wash our one story brick home. While Bill and his team were here, I told him we sometimes have condensation or moisture around the inside of our windows when it rains heavily. Best window cleaners I ever saw they were all clean cut guys and did a perfect job!!! Last year I tried a company called cliffhangers and they was late ,smelled like pot n cigarettes and they was loud and I caught them skipping windows and the quality looked rush.
